Whenever I watch one of these CCs, I go straight to my own closet and try on my clothes. Favourite part of my Saturday morning!
I love Trinnys expansive language to describe colours: raspberry, magenta, chartreuse. Makes me simultaneously hungry and want to start gardening ❤️😆

Random colour fact….biological women are able to see more subtly in colour because we are born with more colour receptor cones on the back of our retinas than biological men! So next time you say it’s ‘teal blue’ and your husband says ‘it’s just green’, it’s because your eyes can process more colour than he can. I’m afraid it’s still no excuse for him looking for and not seeing objects right in front of him 😜

I loved the outfit that took its cue from the checked Prada(?) bag. Patterned bags, shoes or flags😂 are a great way to coordinate a travel wardrobe.

I am from New Orleans and purple, green, and yellow/gold go together. 😅
I've always worn dark clothes but more recently I 've been looking at how colour affects mood. I have anxiety and depression and I want to see what brightening myself up will do for my mood. So I've started to add some pops of colour to my wardrobe.

Yayyy for colour 🙌🏼 - this coming from someone who has a hard time whittling down to just a few shades lol! My neutral is chocolate, my 'basics' are orange plum & teal, whereas my accents are yellow, coral & chartreuse.
Under Trinny's system, I guess I should do chocolate & camel as my light/ dark neutrals, with orange + saffron (yellow) & plum (purple) as my colours. Or maybe red-orange + coral (pink) & chartreuse (green)?
Not sure if that's cheating lol but it seems to fit the '2 neutrals, 1 colour + similar & opposite' theory - easily separated out for cool & warm weather, in fact! 🤯

Really enjoy watching you experiment with colour. By the way, I saw an old clip of you & Susannah on Parkinson (w a rather frosty Helen Mirren) and you were both wearing head to toe black which was chic but v different to the Trinny of today.
I have silver and grey hair, suggesting a video for us, I have long hair and I had a challenge with some colors
And how about navy with green. You have one blazer in mixture of these two colours. How do you style that blazer? I love navy with green, but how to make it clean I have no clue.

But Trinny- the all red and the cobolt blue and orange outfits where the outfits that made YOU pop. Made your face look happy and healthy. Red in a yellow hue looks great on you. Red in cold/ blue hue/ tone not so much. Changing lipstick colour helps making the outfit work but not necessarily work for your skin tone, your face?🤔
