Trinny I look forward to closet confessions every week. You’re truly a gift to us all. Your joy, style, advice and just your beautiful way. We love you so 💛 and I Loved it ALLLL. Have a lush weekend 💛😘
Transition dressing or how to style pajamas to wear them outside ❤ PS : Molly trying to get upstairs and hiding in the backgroung cracked me up. I love the dynamic between you girls ! 😉
Trinny!!!!!!!! I didn't know you were here on TH-cam. It's great to see you!!! You and Susannah were the first people talking about style that I ever had the patience to watch (and read). And it's a good thing I did because now I know how to dress and I never blame my body when something looks bad. I just change the outfit. So thank you! Today's video was brilliantly educational. Not my style at all, totally intimidating to me to be honest, but your explanations of both your thought process and the colors/shapes/lines/textures makes sense. Again, wonderful to see you again!!!
Transition dressing would be great it’s still so chilly at the moment I’m at a loss how to up to spring I need to unpick my wardrobe & rethink these videos are so helpful thank you team ❤
Love this casual summer purchases update Trinny! Especially as your style is becoming more casual, deconstructed, utalitarian, a little bit more like my own. Just adding a piece (like this last fabulous Christopher Kane piece) that is so interesting and unusual is such a cool move. And this one-piece with wedges and belt nipped in looks great! Love Molly's advice in every video- sparkling had was genius. All girls working on these videos next to Trinny are so great and positive and have good ideas.
Trinny you are so funny. I laughed at your deconstructed cardigan, your pj s in white and your overalls. Not for me but on you they look fab and joyful and puts a smile on someone who sees you. Even the neon with the green sequence was so joyful. You create a joyous atmosphere with your dress style. I love watching you change and do your majic....
Hi Trinny! The boiler suit looked great on you! Very cool and chic. I love your natural hair too! It gives you a very fresh and cool vibe compared to your usual blow-dry.
There is no way to wear that grey lurex nappy holding jumpsuit - except cutting the legs off and only wearing the top. Seriously no gilet can rescue that. Take it back, Trinny
How about a CC on dressing for rainy days -- what type of shoe and coat you wear for different types of situations, such as going to the office, going to an evening event or running errands on the weekends when rain is a factor.
Love the skirt & top... neckline on matching top is my favourite neckline for summer. The grey allllll in one JUMPSUIT IS STUNNING BITH DRESSWD UP AND DOWN & so rare to see Trinny so casual... Love it on you Trinny.. IT'S LIKE A TOTALLY NEW TRINNY between the hair and casual jumpsuit .. I'm loving this look on you too. Makes you super young.
Always love the ideas of mixing clothes multiplying the outfits. 👏. I missed on the rail the beautiful white dress that Trinny showed us last weekend. It is gorgeous on her. Hope she bought it 😊
I’d love to see some content on styling different body shapes. E.g what necklines are best for broad shoulders, what types of silhouettes are best if I have no hips? How to dress for petites? Thank you! I’ve binged so many of your Closet Confessions!
Please make a video about shoulder pad t-shirts. How and where to choose the right ones or how to adjust the ones we find in fast fashion stores. I bought some on Zara and Mango but they don't work, too boxy. Thanks Trinny
You're the only person who can pull off a grass skirt and still look good! Your rendition of the saggy ass jumpsuit with the belt and silver lariat was fabulous.
My greatest fear is falling down stairs. Every time I saw Trinny walking backwards towards the top of the staircase, my heart skipped a beat. I’m sure she has 1-2 ft behind her, but my irrational fear wouldn’t let me concentrate.
Me too! She moves around so much I kept thinking she might take a tumble. I am sure that room is large enough that she doesn’t need to film in front of the stairs. 😬
Wedding guest is brilliant! Also rainy days fashion - I always feel drab in the rain. Maybe weight gain or weight loss-forgiving cuts so you don’t have to buy a whole new wardrobe as weight fluctuates.
Trinny - looks fantastic as always ! Love the relaxed format with the girls ❤ My favourite outfit has to be the me&em skirt & top - so versatile! Whatever the next confessions is - please can we have a balance between cool, mid & warm outfits along with makeup? Ps I love it when Molly pops her head up 🤣
PS was just thinking as I am watching this about your fabulous orange/blue [etc] shoes and how fab they would be too with the green fringed outfit - and there you pop up in them - and I was right!
Loved everything, fabulous that you’re exploring lots of new looks for yourself, giving us all inspiration to try something new, amazing how one piece that’s more daring can change your whole wardrobe 💕💕💕
I love your channel. One correction, a raglan sleeve is not the same as a drop shoulder. Raglan sleeves extend to the neckline, seams slant inward from the underarm to the neck. A drop shoulder extends in the other direction, a few inches below the actual shoulder, towards the arm.
I live in jumpsuits and love dressing them up and down! Very versatile! Looks great on trinny never thought id see her in one but its a massive Win!! Gorgeous ❤
I'm learning colour analysis, (and I have a bit of an insane obsession with lovely Trinny) and she's a spring. She can pull all bright colours, even neon. she's amazing, my truest style icon. I got analysed professionally as a spring too and my first thought was 'yeah! like Trinny!". I clearly have a problem.
Trinny, you are a walking inspiration for me. ❤️ Regarding your question about the theme for the next closet confessions, for me, any theme is interesting, even if you use the same pieces of clothing, because you always create something new out of them. I really loved the color-based theme and I would love to see more episodes devoted to, let's say, dressing yellow or orange.
I love that boiler suit, I saw a similar one the other day but not in my size so I am on the hunt. Love that laid back look and I think it suits Trinny well, such a change from her normal style. Winching is the best fashion tip, I do it to most my puffers and it changes it so much. That said, I do like the boiler suit left loose, really chic casual in my opinion. Also love the pinstripe set.
Can we talk about how Trinny just gets more beautiful every year? Like how though?! Also I love the sequin two piece- I would be partial to wearing the jacket as a crop top either back to front if I’m being modest or with a lace bra for opposite of modest 😂
I would love another travel video but instead of all navy blue adding color to the outfits. You put outfits together so wonderfully I wish I could go to the store with you and you could dress me. :).
🎉 Fun ☆ Fashion ☆ Foray 🎉 Enjoyed your pretty parade of fresh finds. 😁It's no shock that you ⚡️dazzle in the mod sparkly ❇️green glassy-like grass❇️ skirt suit. 😮What surprises me is how you make such a garish over-the-top Vegas 🎲 🎲 showgirl meets 🎄Christmasy icicle spectacle so remarkably relatable and appealing to me. Nothing like a simple, classic white tee & your chunky Prada slides to take it from 💥High Intensity Special Occasion Festive Wear💥 to fresh, feminine, unfussy, Spring🌿 flair. The marvelously matching green statement jewelry & caped navy blazer was total perfection in my book 👩🍳s-💋! Even liked when you matched your lip, bag, & wedges. 🥳Thx Gemima for the idea. The 🐸bolero over the beautifully drapey neon yellow trouser ensemble certainly demonstrates how flattering a cropped jacket instantly elevates ⬆️ the height of her legs. 😉The combo is show-stopping on Trinny! Suggest she try it w/a navy version of the same look too. ❎️ Although personally that mad Mariachi jacket packs too much megawatt power punch for me😵💫. 🤗Big breasted & adore a high halter neck top.👌Prefer a sleeveless & shoulder reveal moment over an open decolletage or cleavage, esp. in my ☀️climate. Although I prefer the fabric to go slightly wider ↔️ at the neck. This allows me to comfortably clip the straps of a normal bra to wear underneath. Strapless bra or tape alone will never suffice for me😂. 🤍Great color & pattern in that set. 🤍Utility/Military cargo canvas fabrics are well within my preferred streetwear vibe & tactile territory🥰, but can easily lean too 🧰serviceable & 💪manly. Loved your subtle sparkly, glammed up version of that boxy navy boiler suit👏. More please... 🤍The cotton white 2-pc pjs also falls right into my comfy CA😎 realm. Would 💯% slip it into my casual loungewear category vs sleepwear. 🌞It's something I would wear in public quite comfortably. However I find that fabric & silhouette far too bulky to snooze 💤 in. Prefer a softer, drapier jersey nightshirt or set. 🤍Loved the velvety soft sparkle set, but 💩-diaper bottomed or not, I would 💯% need a duster gilet or other topper to hide my flat backside & extra wide hips from 👀scrutiny. 🥺Too bad, my hourglass ⏳️shape will NEVER duplicate such a lovely, long lean column "⏸️". In slim, body-con or tapered pants〰️my lower half will always give the dreaded "🔽" impression. 🤍Lastly, that summer weight 3pc pinstripe suit is 💫divine. Love how it draped on you & all the possible options with it. Although the off-white (or white) majority would never work for me🤣. Could swap either light neutral for the thin stripe in a olive green, navy, black, or even red suit👍. Co-Ords are the 🔑key to a happy 💲harmonious life & wardrobe. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
Great session so many great ideas! Impossible to ignore extraordinary green sparkles, esp. With painting , who designed the green sequins? And the painting? Love vampires wife and the james pearse jumpsuit and neons with shimmer, color shoes, print was delightful YES
I love your hair! I've got thick curls and now I want to trim on my shoulder like yours. The best stylist always. It all looks so good on you. Great talent
RE: Joey the Label harem pants. I tried on something similar at a shop. The sales person rouched them up from the ankle to mid calf. Changed the look completely ---for the better!
This was fabulous. So many ideas. I would like to know how you feel about a shorter person (myself 5’3”) to wear a full length skirt. I love them but everyone says short people should not wear them.
You can 💯% wear a long skirt & look perfectly lovely. Only as a petite, you can't break all the same visual "rules" as Trinny. The good news is that for every rule or recommendation you flout, there are adaptions or adjustments you can make to improve the outcome. With her amazing height, she can afford to create a lower horizontal line by going color contrast with her shoe. 😳We cannot. That choice can stunt our legs & overall height😂. I'm a 5'7" hourglass w/a long torso. The last thing I want to do in a long skirt is make my legs seem stumpy🪵 or bring the focus to clunky, chunky shoes🥾. That requires that I create a long unbroken lower line. Ideally, my hosiery & shoe color must match the majority color in my skirt. 😉The above boot would be less visually jarring if I were wearing brown tights & a brown skirt. Of course, with such voluminous boots, I would opt for a short pencil skirt instead of a longer, flowy one. For a black shoe, that means black hose or tights. I would choose a solid black skirt or a print skirt that is primarily black (w/pops of other color or pattern). If I wore a white skirt w/black polka dots, for instance, it would be more leg lengthening to wear white hose & white shoes. Honestly, I only wear hosiery in Winter or on formal occasions. 🤔What is a game changer? Wearing nude (or skin colored) shoes. Flat or heels. Pointed &/or almond toe w/a lower vamp style are amongst the most slimming & elongating. These easy visual tricks will make it appear as if your legs continue from your hem lower ⬇️ into infinity ♾️ & beyond. 🤨The challenge in this direction at our age is finding a nude shoe style that gives a cool coastal grandma👩🦳 vs frumpy, dumpy mid-Western🤶 orthopedic vibe. For that reason alone, some stylists say suede is less matronly than a shiny, patent leather. Otherwise, try to match the leather to your skin tone. Sometimes a blush pink, a camel, or tan shoe can also work in a pinch. There are other important factors to consider. Ideally, the hem of your skirt needs to hit at the slimmest parts of your leg. Having more exaggerated leg muscles🙄, I prefer my long hems to hit me at the bottom of my curvy calf. Ending at a slimmer area adds to the illusion of our height. Another thing that is leg lengthening is finding skirts w/a split. ✂️Or, adding your own🧵. No sew, if you unbutton a center placket from the bottom. Otherwise, the split can be on a side, center or rear seam. A wrap skirt suits this purpose too. It doesn't have to be a super high split, but it must offer a 👀peek-a-boo glimpse when you stand or move. This simple trick will fool the mind's eye👁 into imagining your leg continuing up higher under those folds of fabric. This trick will psychologically lengthen you up ⬆️ from the split opening to infinity ♾️ & beyond. Your topper choice can also hamper your height🤣. In general, the longer ⬇️ your skirt, the shorter ⬆️ your jacket. (Likewise, the shorter ⬆️ your skirt/short, the longer ⬇️ your jacket.) That's why it's best to choose a shorter or cropped jacket when you go w/a long skirt. Side note: If you pair your long skirt w/a chunky jumper or equally long top, you gotta control some of the extra volume. Do something to raise the attention back to your waist. This will require a belt, front tuck, full tuck, or some kind of crop. If you do go over your hips w/your jacket when wearing a longer skirt, it will be more flattering to choose a tailored vs boxy blazer. Or, wrap & belt it so that 👀focus is brought back up to your waist. Scrunching your sleeves up on your forearm will also lead the eye👁 back up your body. All these suggestions are leg lengthening. 🧥If you wanna go long w/your coat too, go duster length. A long trench could fit the bill. It's best to pick a jacket that's longer than your skirt hem (or no shorter than 2-3"). Of course, if you pick a coat to match the color of your skirt (or bottom layer), any differential in hem length will be less stark😬. A closer color match diminishes the chances of it creating an unflattering horizontal line. Trinny's #1 tool in her arsenal 🧰 is favoring that continuous column of vertical color ↕️. It's the single most impactful rule that she follows in life. No matter your exact height, it is the simplest & most effective way to slim & elongate your frame. 👏 Chi at Petite Dressing is a great resource in this direction. She gives brilliant 📷 visual examples on all these points. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
Hi Trinny I wonder if you could do this for a petite person to see how some rules will totally become different for a petit person with almost the same body shape as you. This will be very interesting to see because as a petite person size xs/s in zara the story can be really different
Trinny, you look so beautiful what ever you wear. You may already have done this and I've missed it but would you consider making a video about your personal life style...ie, your diet, your exercise regime, your supplements, your hacks and anything else that you do to keep do slim and gorgeous. Thank you.
Don’t know how this popped up but I’m kind of hooked. You make clothes & fashion sound so exciting! Like every outfits is an adventure. -random guy from Canada
You might have done this ages ago, I find my biggest stumbling block is wanting to look casual (I live in Australia where smart casual isn’t how London does it) for everyday. It sounds simple but I find it IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!! Great video again Trinny Jemima and Molly and team! 😍🥰
Fantastic!!I would like to ask you which strategy clothing would you wear if all the people in the office wear total black, the boss wear colours and you need to get the job through 3 jobs interviews with recruiters that probably will be wearing black. This is colour psychology on another level but it can be really useful to understand colour dynamic in hierarchies
😉Would be interested to hear her thoughts on power colors & wardrobe strategies in the corporate world. There's a lot of pressure to conform in this environment. Trinny is a forward thinking & an empowering boss. She's also in the beauty & fashion realm where more creativity & flexibility is allowed. When I worked for a fortune 500 entertainment conglomerate, it was a considerably more conservative corporate culture. Strict dress code M-Th. I would never have gotten away with many of the clothes they wear to the office these days. Sneakers weren't even allowed on Dress Down Friday. Crisp dark denim or khaki chinos were allowed. Collared polo shirts were the only tees permitted. Women could wear the former w/a skirt & a loafer if they wanted. Otherwise, we had to wear pumps 👠 & a traditional blouse with some sort of suit the rest of the time. We might be able to get away w/an oxford on occasion, but no chunky or clunky boots. Luckily, we had some flexibility on color. As long as your attire could be worn at an elite investment or law firm, chances are it would pass muster. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
@@teresacarle294 in the first job interview the recruiters mentioned that the lady boss has a STRONG personality, specifically criticizing everything that is done, probably arrogant and not really kind. I think the funeral black is to hide in the background and not get picked to be insulted, but maybe if the boss like colours she would be happy to see colour around her, or enrage that somebody dare to wear similar/better than her?
Trinny I look forward to closet confessions every week. You’re truly a gift to us all. Your joy, style, advice and just your beautiful way. We love you so 💛 and I Loved it ALLLL. Have a lush weekend 💛😘
….except maybe the nappy pants 😂 Esusanna is good but 😮
Yes! More transition. Don’t know about the rest of the world, but in my neck of the woods winter just won’t go away!
Can we get a tutorial on how Trinny is doing her hair now? I love the more curly look she’s been rocking lately!!!
Yes please Trinny!
Transition dressing or how to style pajamas to wear them outside ❤
PS : Molly trying to get upstairs and hiding in the backgroung cracked me up. I love the dynamic between you girls ! 😉
Green top and skirt devine with the HAIR. Beautiful outfit. Neon with sequinned.. 👏 🙀 😯 👏 AMAZING.
Trinny!!!!!!!! I didn't know you were here on TH-cam. It's great to see you!!! You and Susannah were the first people talking about style that I ever had the patience to watch (and read). That jumpsuit (unbelted) is so cool on you Trinny!!! Don't be scared of the no waste. Tie your hair up and its ultra "screw you, I'm amazing" styling.
Could we have a chat about bras? With tops or dresses that like the halter neck or very low backs etc... Thank you xx
Hi Trinny! The boiler suit looked great on you! Very cool and chic. I love your natural hair too! It gives you a very fresh and cool vibe compared to your usual blow-dry.
I love the relaxed fun banter 😂
Suggestion for closet confessions. How do you figure out what your style is? I always buy clothes thinking they are my style but never wear them.
There is no way to wear that grey lurex nappy holding jumpsuit - except cutting the legs off and only wearing the top. Seriously no gilet can rescue that. Take it back, Trinny
Agreed
I second that,😜
Agree. The one item even Trinny can’t save. Horrible design. Why aren’t the legs looser??😂 Looks like a toddler in leggings.
Agree. It's awful. Especially at the back!
I would love to see the legs rolled up upto the crouch. That would make it as it was supposed to be. ;-)
How about a CC on dressing for rainy days -- what type of shoe and coat you wear for different types of situations, such as going to the office, going to an evening event or running errands on the weekends when rain is a factor.
BOILERSUIT TRINNY!!!!! Yes!!!! Love seeing her interpretations!
Hope she bought it 😊

the green skirt and navy blazer totally match the painting behind. An art/fashion fusion.
Butt offcourse. 😘
Please make a video about shoulder pad t-shirts. How and where to choose the right ones or how to adjust the ones we find in fast fashion stores. I bought some on Zara and Mango but they don't work, too boxy. Thanks Trinny
Love the jumpsuit on Trinny. So new and freshh love it!!
I liked seeing you in the boilersuit. So maybe things you wouldn’t normally wear as suggested by your friend or others!
I love watching your videos bc of your enthusiasm and creativity. Btw-your arms look amazing 😊
You're the only person who can pull off a grass skirt and still look good! Your rendition of the saggy ass jumpsuit with the belt and silver lariat was fabulous.
Loved the jumpsuit looked cooler just as it is with boots 😊
❤ Have a good weekend, ladies.
The floral shoes with the fringe top/bottom green outfit is on point!
Absolutely you can rock that Jumpsuit!
I would just match rhe "essence" of it by pulling back your "too romantic" curled hair.
Omg the Sparkle Bucket Hat...when is your Album dropping, Trinitron?!?! :)
My greatest fear is falling down stairs. Every time I saw Trinny walking backwards towards the top of the staircase, my heart skipped a beat. I’m sure she has 1-2 ft behind her, but my irrational fear wouldn’t let me concentrate.
Oh my gosh, same!!!!! My heart stopped
Me too! She moves around so much I kept thinking she might take a tumble. I am sure that room is large enough that she doesn’t need to film in front of the stairs. 😬
Literally why I came to check out the comments😂
I adore the maxi skirt as well as the dark jumpsuit on you 😍
Fab Trinny - you could do a lovely mint green stiletto with that first outfit (the fabulous green fringed sparkly-ish skirt!
Love the jumper both casual and dressed up
Amazing! So beautiful and such fun. Not to mention how inspiring...Thank you girls❤
I'd love to see how you style a variety of pajamas to make them outdoor wear.
Wedding guest is brilliant! Also rainy days fashion - I always feel drab in the rain. Maybe weight gain or weight loss-forgiving cuts so you don’t have to buy a whole new wardrobe as weight fluctuates.
Good point. A woman's life story...
Trinny - looks fantastic as always !
Love the relaxed format with the girls ❤
My favourite outfit has to be the me&em skirt & top - so versatile!
Whatever the next confessions is - please can we have a balance between cool, mid & warm outfits along with makeup?
Ps I love it when Molly pops her head up 🤣
Summer dresses Trinny.. for a wedding, the races, beachparty, etc.. would love that! ❤
Just LOVE ❤️ 😍 when Trinny posts another video.
I’m with Molly, really liked the boiler suit belted.
Love a white suit in the summer love it 😍
Can you do a session on adding shoulder pads? Removable? Velcro? Find where? Adhesive? Help ! 😎
Yes yes yes, wedding guest update....❤❤❤❤
Hello Trinny! I would love to see dresses. How can we wear them, not for special occasions, but in our every day life?
Love the boiler suit on you with the belt x
Love this video. Clothes that I can buy in store now. Super❤
PS was just thinking as I am watching this about your fabulous orange/blue [etc] shoes and how fab they would be too with the green fringed outfit - and there you pop up in them - and I was right!
I would like to see a talk about sustainability in clothing, and one about what to do in hot weather when you can’t layer.
Loved everything, fabulous that you’re exploring lots of new looks for yourself, giving us all inspiration to try something new, amazing how one piece that’s more daring can change your whole wardrobe 💕💕💕
Your green skirt and navy jacket match well with your painting behind you 💚💙
Molly on the stairs 🤣🤣🤣💕
So great, congratulations! Yes wedding and transition!
The green hula skirt looks ready for dancing in Hawaii!
Love the natural hair texture!
That prada hat is everything!!!😍
I love your channel. One correction, a raglan sleeve is not the same as a drop shoulder. Raglan sleeves extend to the neckline, seams slant inward from the underarm to the neck. A drop shoulder extends in the other direction, a few inches below the actual shoulder, towards the arm.
You are so right! Trinny uses the term “ raglan” to me dropped shoulder. Or even, shoulder that doesn’t fit to the edge of the shoulders.
Trinny I love the jumpsuit look, really cool!
So many fabulous ideas for Spring‼️
I got shiny bright green pants from H&M for Spring. Confirmation!
luv The jumpsuit
I live in jumpsuits and love dressing them up and down! Very versatile! Looks great on trinny never thought id see her in one but its a massive Win!! Gorgeous ❤
Big fan of the three piece suit and boiler suit 😍
Trinny…Yes please to Wedding Guest ideas!!
Love the boiler suit! I really like you in masculine minimal design.
Looking good inspiration to WEAR my wardrobe!! I've been in thermals forEVER!!!
Love every single look and the curly hair.
Thank you for another great video and yes to transition wear!

Closet confessions on REALLY HOT WEATHER please 🙏🏻 ❤
Love the Christopher Kane’s cardi very unique.
skirt with yellow top WOOOOW😍😍😍
Lovely! I'd like to see a show about summer white - city and holiday. Bring on the sunshine please!
The lipstick color looked great with the blue cardigan

Chi at Petite Dressing is a great resource in this direction. She gives brilliant 📷 visual examples on all these points.

Hi Trinny I wonder if you could do this for a petite person to see how some rules will totally become different for a petit person with almost the same body shape as you. This will be very interesting to see because as a petite person size xs/s in zara the story can be really different
You're on the ball tonight Trinny xxx
Look all the looks. Can we see some beach wear. Costumes, coverups etc?
Trinny, you look so beautiful what ever you wear. You may already have done this and I've missed it but would you consider making a video about your personal life style...ie, your diet, your exercise regime, your supplements, your hacks and anything else that you do to keep do slim and gorgeous. Thank you.
The green opening outfit was FAB! How can you sit in it? How do the long spangles do around the seat?
Don’t know how this popped up but I’m kind of hooked. You make clothes & fashion sound so exciting! Like every outfits is an adventure.

You are amazing..specially in gumpsute ❤🌷❤
Some stunning choices, Trinny you will find a way to wear the ones that are not quite there yet to work with some jiggling
Be still my heart , that green two piece 👌

THAT green skirt-- Absolutely Love💚
Great work ladies!!!
When you said you felt like you went out in your pyjamas with your cardi in...ooof. felt that, its my comfy but i think i look cool.look. oooops!
