Thank you for this tutorial! I have a pair of earrings that are designed just like this and I’ve been wanting to recreate them myself but couldn’t find a tutorial that matched the lay out exactly until this one!
Oooohhh! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your tutorial! I am 77 and have managed to do SIMPLE beading around a cabochon. I never thought I would work with seed beads. Then I wanted to make some SIMPLE fringe earrings because I have a tremor. When I found this tutorial on TH-cam and watched it, I was so happy because I know I will manage this design. Plus, I have some of those brass components. Thank you so much!
Beautiful earrings..❤😊What size needle are you using by the way? Because i know some needles are hard to go beads that seems to have tiny holes...Can you use collapsible eye needles to thread your beads using this method...? Just curious😊
I like using a size 12 needle. You could use a collapsible eye but the needle might be a little flimsy. But if you are used to using them it should be fine
What type of thread would you recommend when using czech seed beads and still have movement in the fringe? I have read not to use nymo because of possible shredding the thread over time?
The best instructions. Thank you so very much
You're so welcome!

@@capitalcitybeads thanks so much for that info and advice.. 👍😊

Hello! I have been using Nymo my entire career and have never had any problems. I LOVE our Nymo size B for flowy and durable fringe.
I want to try these but that “hitch knot” is messing me up. I can’t quite see how you pass “under the tassel”.
The needle just goes under the beads. Nothing fancy not in any bead holes just under the beads. The goal is to tie the knot between two beads.
@@capitalcitybeadsGotcha. Thanks for answering!
🎉🙏👍👏💮🥳
Because thread has a grain, please remember to thread needle from end of spool
Interesting I've never heard that before. I've been using Nymo for a decade and can thread it anywhere no problem.
