Hey, just wanted to say thanks for all the great content. I've watched all the videos you've published (that apply even remotely to me) and have contacted your firm to answer some questions and help me w/ estate planning.
Not on topic, but might be relevant for a future video. With the lack of charging order protection in Florida for single member LLCs, could the operating agreement be used to structure any kind of foreclosure proceedings in a manner which would ensure the property isn't undervalued by people basically trying to stick a knife in you?
Love Toby’s content. But ngl, if I attended an event and his guest was talking, I would get up and walk out. Hate having my time wasted. Going to Toby’s other videos now.
Magical words "I don't invest in what I cannot understand ". Does either Toby or Tom do this kind of work for futures trading versus real estate? Futures unlike stocks/bonds/options do get specialized tax treatment. My challenge is how to put this inside a corporate structure, even if it is a non-profit.
no offense but you need to clarify this is for complete beginners or idiots or something it was painful to watch i kept trying to fast forward to get to the info to see/compare against what rich do (like buffet, gates, musk, bezos) and it was just like one of those seminars where joe average comes in and stares at a powerpoint presentation waiting for the end to for the hard sell something... i absolutely love listening to toby and he is a gold mine of information but just basic basic info here...
World number one best coach for me is Mr Mike Ferry. Thanks to Mike, real estate coaching industry started and i do have so much respect for Mike and what he did to improve the industry. Thanks Mr Mike Ferry
Very valuable information! I was wondering if non-profit organizations are worth starting. I was interested in housing homeless teens who have aged out of foster care. Is there a way to help and also generate an income?
I know if the broker he mentions. I work in the same market and he works his a$$ off. He’s highly driven, his team is active & has connections all throughout the NW. he takes his business seriously and kudos to him.
Guys, love the channel and am subscribed. But Tom, dude, 11 mins for you to even start to begin. Get to the point of the video. Not interested in who you know or your puppy. Ok, 12 mins now and still waiting for you to actually answer the "how". Finally, 19 mins in you actually get to some content that matches the title Tom. Ok, Toby. Still love and follow you religiously, but clicking away now. Tom, get to the damn point and stay on content. Travel the path of your "talk" in an abcd pattern. See ya on the next one.
Good, but seriously long winded. Minor quibble: Some the best wealth creating assets in the world are non dividend paying stocks like Berkshire and Amazon. Startups do not pay divedends either. Wonder how Tom reconciles that? The base rate on startup success is not that great.
For what's it's worth... I came to this video thinking it was a host and guest co-host/visiting expert. So, the "interview" I got instead did not align with what was advertised.
How to become wealthy..... 1. Pay my house off 2. Use the equity in my house for investments. So don't pay off house 3. Invest in all things that make tons of money and nothing that loses money. That simple
I’m surprised that one of the money managing suggestions on his slide was a 529B. There’s a much better option that’s tax sheltered and non-restrictive.
My earliest childhood memory money i was 10. I had to go to the dentist. My dad gave me the address and .25c then told me "dont forget to ask for a transfer for the bus ride back".
29 min in - too small of a deal. I remember Bob Hope said he was asked to invest in Disneyland and he thought it was way out in Orange County and didn’t do it (not like he didn’t make money in real estate but…)
I hardly comment on anything, however, I just wasted a lot of time listening to a guy talk and talk and talk and say nothing, like a politician. I was looking for specific ways to do it and all he did was give a bunch of fluff and say things that everybody already knows. .
Mohawk man still buying things he doesn't want like crypto because he doesn't know what he really wants himself. That's the Mohawk just trying to be noticed!! But sounds like he found a way to make money, but he's monotone and talks to much.

1:31 the book by Carol Dweck is actually titled “Mindset the new psychology of success. “
He misnamed the title of her book.
Thank you

It's just fear of being rejected. Yes, a lot of people live in that state of mind.
40:56 The 8 Qs to consider before investing in a startup.
Coach Toby!!! Always coming through with the knowledge
Thanks for the support!

Set a wealth goal
Protect your assets
Diversify your investments
Focus on real estate
Curate your acquaintances from amongst the rich and successful
Focus on net and not gross
And, most importantly
Move into an exclusive building so you too can name drop to inflate your own feeling of success.

Can you post the book “affirmations of wealth “ he mentioned, I can’t find it. Thanks! Great stuff
17:50 total misunderstanding of Crypto. Considering age?? understandable but sad indeed.

Glad to hear it! Thank you for watching!

This guy's video on how to split your money... changed my life. The whole structure of money is fascinating.
half way into it, still talking about why rich people are rich. Why connections are important. hopefully he’ll get to the actual substance
95% of this video is Tom talking about Tom. 🤦🏼♂️
I noticed the same thing. I thought it was just me. I had to tune out. Love the channel though!!
Thanks for saving me time!
I agree
Great content, very informative and insightful, thanks fellas
Glad you enjoyed the video
34:51 whats he saying here? Reed? Reach?
Super loved this interview, thank you for your generosity in sharing your insights, knowledge and experience Tom 🙌

Excellent video Team
Excellent session!

One of your best.

So wait, I’m confused. Is it more profitable to buy businesses or buildings?
I know if the broker he mentions. I work in the same market and he works his a$$ off. He’s highly driven, his team is active & has connections all throughout the NW. he takes his business seriously and kudos to him.
Thanks for the video.
Looks of great nuggets of info. Thanks!
❤thank you:) so much great content plan to rewatch this:)

Yes. That. And he lost me finally at his ignorance of crypto.
OMG YES... painful.... like mange your money for idiots book
Great podcast! Thank you, Toby!
He keeps poking his glazes 😂
As soon as I read this, I looked up, and he did it.😂
What about the average guy? Where do we start?
It depends on what your plan is. We would be happy to recommend some of our videos to help you get started 👍
Great video! What were Tom's last two questions for startup founders? He never listed numbers 7 & 8.:)
Good, but seriously long winded. Minor quibble: Some the best wealth creating assets in the world are non dividend paying stocks like Berkshire and Amazon. Startups do not pay divedends either. Wonder how Tom reconciles that? The base rate on startup success is not that great.
And I would have gotten away with it too, if it hadn't been for you meddling kids.
Didn't even bother watching the video I just read the comments and stopped
Your puppy goes to the bathroom? That’s a well trained puppy.
Gold mine you both are ! ❤ God bless you both ❤
Dunning Kruger in full effect. This dude talked more about himself than anywhere near the subject
It is the purpose of many interviews - to find out about the guest.
For what's it's worth... I came to this video thinking it was a host and guest co-host/visiting expert. So, the "interview" I got instead did not align with what was advertised.
He was explaining his struggle with mindset and how he changed it in hopes of what he did might help someone else.
My sentiments exactly. He really seems to revel in himself. I got through 30 mins. Next video please.
Kinda like John Doloney of Ramsey
Very little information...
Thanks Toby great training
Thank you for watching!
Adversity breeds success. Privilege breeds comfort.
He validated what I knew but never took action on. Thanks for the breakdown and book recommendations ❤

Read The Growth Mindset. Excellent book!
Was his dad Mike Ferry? I thought Mike Ferry was the real estate coach.
Yes, they're both in the coaching biz.
@@noecervantes5898 thank you
How would you own a home without it being under your name? Just start an LLC with your name as the business?
Buy it and do a deed transfer, deeding property from yourself to the LLC. Or form the LLC and purchase the home on behalf of the LLC
@@yagga8885 ahh I see. Thank you!
I really didn't want to like this Tom guy but he seems so genuine
Weird comment
Great stuff, thanks for sharing
My pleasure!
Tom is clueless as to why only a small percentage of people in any population have a "growth mindset".
I’m so glad I found you.
Thanks for being part of the community.
Joy with contentment is great gain. When is it enough? Do we understand the difference between happiness and joy? What are our priorities?
Toby is awesome.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
I see the bobble head and now I can't see anything else 😶
29 min in - too small of a deal. I remember Bob Hope said he was asked to invest in Disneyland and he thought it was way out in Orange County and didn’t do it (not like he didn’t make money in real estate but…)
I’ve seen his videos ❤
Im currently in the process of altering my identity
Lots of lingo interspersed with personal tales running around in circles
My llc was way less than 899 dollars just say its more affordable than you think
I’m sorry is this about Tom chatin about Tom or ???? I’m half way through the video and I now know Toms life story
He's way off with the top percentage of wealth amounts
XRP. Research it's utility,
How do you feel about Crypto now? I think you were wrong.
Why would billionaires want to live in a high rise in Dallas? F that
Only thing 100%correct is he talks to fast. Huge name dropper
He says nothing about anything.."why don'tyou cash in on your equity?"..because it now becomes a debt..debt is not what you want today....😅😅😂😅
Giving back is true wealth! You nailed it Toby. 🎯 Great show as always
🤦🏻♀️talk too much about you!
I hardly comment on anything, however, I just wasted a lot of time listening to a guy talk and talk and talk and say nothing, like a politician. I was looking for specific ways to do it and all he did was give a bunch of fluff and say things that everybody already knows.

That sucks - sounds like we missed the mark. Let me try and make it up to you. What type of investing are you interested in and how can I help?
Mohawk man still buying things he doesn't want like crypto because he doesn't know what he really wants himself. That's the Mohawk just trying to be noticed!! But sounds like he found a way to make money, but he's monotone and talks to much.
You hear that guys scale ....someone who knows how to build a team and not a narcissist vote blue!!!
Toby I like your podcast, but your guest sound like a “ Car Salesman “
Thanks guys. Very valuable insight and information. Much appreciated 🙏
You are a great blessing . Hopefully we get to work together in the future
