You can turn down the onscreen layout transparency in the streaming settings of PSPlay, this should be exactly what you need. The onscreen touchpad is in general only visible when you touch it.

The touchpad on this app doesnt work correctly for Helldivers 2. It just keeps bringing up the chat feature instead of the map. Idk what im doing wrong
