This is a practice that I've done my whole life and never knew it had an actual benefit. I haven't had the time to invest back into me, I'm just exhausted by the end of the day and haven't felt up to a rubdown before bed. Guess that's what's causing the exhaustion. I'm an Aquarius and know about our dual elements but had no idea that Leo had so much of an effect on us... Thanks for sharing your wealth of insight!

I am not sure if it was mentioned in one of your videos already. In that case, I missed it and I apologize. My question: Which astrology system should we follow? I feel like sidereal and tropical are the most popular. There are so many different astrology systems, and you end up having another sign in every one of them. When I tried to do some research about it online, I only found articles that claim that either tropical or sidereal is right. Even though there were a few more sidereal supporters, because sidereal astrology interprets the stars as they actually were in the sky when one was born. I am confused.

Most of generation Z has aquarius in their Uranus and Neptune... So the way we evolve seems to be in alignment in a unique way compared to other generations. I personally don't think that the world will become worse, since we have that energetic optimism/guidance built in us. I've never told anyone this, but I fly a lot in my dreams. I hear a lot of people have not experienced this too, and it started when I was little with me gliding for long periods of time. Even Angles have grabbed me and flown me out of paths, temples, or building of knowledge I should not go down (weird to describe but I was at a point of almost joining freemasons in 2021 and this angel revealed truth to me of why it wasn't needed). After this I started having dreams of actually floating in my grandfather's current back yard I had not seen yet, clear as day (Floating is a lot different than flying, like having an invisible clear disk under you). I was above dog level because a dog was following and barking under me, and when I entered the home, I was able to hug loved ones like sensing where they were at mentally (Its wild because my grandfather always owned a lot of dogs, but I knew in the dream, which didn't feel like one that he only had one small dog at the moment). I met that same dog shortly after, feeling the need to actually see my family and the new small dog did bark at me the whole time😂. As an Aquarius I never knew this was an element for us and am curious to know what type of dreams others experience and does it involve loved ones a lot, maybe we Truley are awaking to not only our own but consciousnesses of all those around us! The reason words are more important than ever! (Found I was also born on the 33rd year of Aquarian based on this video - literally a cusper, born directly between Millennials and GenZ) Thank you for all the insight into self, feel energized for the mission of tomorrow and now! I am so grateful for this, I have so much Aquarian energy and learning to be in my body has been life changing. I read that book “power of now” many years ago and I remember the first time feeling my own inner energy, I was confused and amazed at what was happening. I haven't heard anyone describe the relationship with the calves this well. I am an aquarius and I'm often finding myself shaking my legs furiously when I'm extremely focused. This shaking is totally driven by my calves repeatedly flexing and it happens most often when I'm stressed or deep in thought. Very helpful for me to see the significance of this behavior.

I'm struggling every day with being in my own body. My sun is Aquarius, my moon is Aquarius and my rising is Taurus. I haven't had the option to do anything material as of late. My body and mind are being forced to learn and expand my inner spirit. It's been a ride to say the least! I really enjoyed your video, it feels nice to know I'm not crazy like everyone always says. I've been the "crazy, risky, fun, helpful, drop everything" friend my whole life, to a fault. An astrologer once told me that Aquarian’s often have a marine archetype - they often experience deep sounding in early years that drives them to want to create change as for the collective. The intellectual and abstract energy is sometimes there as a defense from feeling hurt in their individuality, their stubbornness and ideological nature helps them stick with it and not be bent by external pressures. My wife was born in August but in the first week of Virgo instead of Leo . She was one of my first really good friends in school. We met back up in our mid 20's and have been married for going on 7 years.
I believe we fully entered the age of aquarius when we had our last lunar eclipse 2 months ago or whenever it was. Eclipse happened while I was driving to work, and as it eclipsed, a had pain in my back, at about the solar plexus chakra area. Pain increased so bad that I was puking. The worst of the pain was at the peak of the eclipse, and lessened slowly after. My immediate foresight has increased.

Some symbolism is worth expanding on, connections I'm drawn to make.
The main symbolism is flow. The flow of time is significant for this age, a new sense of the present, past and future is arriving. A flowing sense if experience and not the disconnected events that continually separate and isolate for no great purpose. This is reflective of a new ecology, a sense of being care takers not the owners of a conflicted nature. The flowing substance symbolises humanity, being poured into existence, not fallen, or growth forming over nature.
Humanity as the vessel emptying its contents, gushing and frothing from the lip. The water symbolises the mix of emotion and thought, a more fluid sense of this relationship embodied as heart and mind. New questions and uncertainties and new approaches toward answers.

I was feeling like I needed a mentor but I’m trying to channel my own inner mentor. I’m happy I came across your page. I’m going to study your videos and get back into my spirituality. I detached from all the material aspects of spirituality like stones , crystals, metals, magic jewelery and singing bowls but I’m feeling a sting pull back to those things. I just turned 35 and am trying to anchor in the depths of my inner universe.
I'd say the best way to break away is to take your power back from it all and essentially realise that these materials and their spiritual aspects are merely a projection of you. You give them that power. They don't have anything innate within themselves, it is you who prescribe them that power and meaning. You can simply choose to take your power back, or if you need tools, you can invest your energy into them consciously. I have a "magical" comb that I use for my hair and I always imagine that it's magic comes from me. It's merely a conductor. Looking at things that way help a lot when it comes to breaking attachment.
but its also important to know that materialism isn't inherently bad. There must be a balance rooted in objective materialism to ground yourself. and we live in a society.

At first I didn’t understand why one had to “ descend “ before “ ascending “; however, I recalled in my memory the “ 911 “ event and while looking at a building that had not gone down, I could see with my Spiritual eyes Souls who had jumped to their deaths and yet, I could see their Spiritual selves ascend upon high. There was one male who had jumped to his death and and returned to the spot from which he’d jumped then , looked about and went back down. A few moments later and he returned again then this time he ascended. I think I understand now. Thank you. 40:42

so glad to be a Aquarius... I awakened in 2017 and immediately started trying to meditate... for 4 years not much happened but at the beginning of last year my Kundalini awakened and now I'm evolving so fast I can barely keep up

Asttologically, kundalini is triggered from above (the crown) by Uranus transits & below by Pluto transits. So all Aquarians will be targeted from below by Pluto in Aquarius. Preparation through cleansing the body is essential.

I felt kundalini rising through my body like an electric current, it felt like my body was trying to lift of the ground. A few days later the opposite kunderbuffer energy was descending strongly through my body actually spiralling down through the coccyx and feet like water down a drain, it pulled me onto the floor and I got magnatized to the floor for about 30 minutes. Born Feb 4th 1962 also... but my mother was never sure what the time was. She always said maybe 10 am or pm.. more or less. And it's not on my birth certificate. I never knew that Feb 4 was the actual day when the age of Aquarius started until just recently. It is very intriguing to me.

Thanks a very helpful video! I feel very blessed to be an Aquarius but to also have my rising sign in leo. A lot of Aquarius qualities have been present for most of my life. But as I started my spiritual journey and began to look introspectively and try to find out who I am, but making it through all the pain that comes with that and to trust my intuition I’ve been growing massively, I think a lot of the work I have done has funnily enough aligned me more with Leo energy. I especially resonate with seeing different versions of my self as new chapters and each one having a lesson to learn and something to grow. Since the start of December I began to properly connect with kundalini and meditate every day. This foundation of my spirit also mirrors my reality as I’m in my final year of uni and really want to put the work in to set myself on the path to become the best version of myself. I’ve felt my energy shift as we’ve entered Aquarius and am going to try the calf meditation you suggested tonight, I’m feeling a bit unsure as to the direction I’m moving I next but I know the work I’m putting in will is the key to that answer
