While Usopp wasn't able to break down the wall, I still think that explosion was impressive given its size! Its also nice to see two of the weakling trio get some of the spotlight! Still as powerful as Zeus is, his power is nothing compared to Luffy who is supernaturally immune to electricity (as he could survive voltages in Skypiea which can bypass the electric resistance of real world rubber and fits with the fact his rubbery body is due to possessing the power of the True Sun God Nika)!
And I think the best reason for what happened is depending on how Usopp raises his pop green. Like you have farmers being able to grow fresh and ripe produce basically Usopp giving extra for his pop green gives him qualities ammo dependent on his farming skills.
This chapter is one of the reasons why I call Nami "Lady Thor."

I actually think Road is Oda, it’s Oda playing himself and he wanted to fulfill a dream he is had of interacting with his own creations. of course Oda created everything in One Piece. In fact that map that Nami had that was also shown in that chapter with a view from above. Looks exactly like a picture Oda made long time ago from what his workshop looks like. In real life Oda has that exact skeleton mask that he go from the US and he is said before that it was one his treasures and it is indeed in his workshop. Also the same way Road instantly fell for Nami, is the same way Oda fell in love with his wife instantly when they met while she was cosplaying Nami. Road was beaten by Nami lightening attack. In French, love at first sight is called “Coup de foudre.” Which literally translates to “lightening stroke.” I believe this whole Lego world was probably a dream Oda had of meeting his own creations, the Mugiwaras. You’ll also noticed that it’s only the original crew members who were there, technically his original creations. Since, giant live longer, it also means that the rich maturity a bit late. Giants maturity seems to be represented by their beard, the younger have no beard while the oldest have the longest beards. Judging from Road not having a beard or at hiding it it meaning he is around 22 years old of age for a human. I believe Oda created One Piece around that age.
