@@jamesheath5825 Manitou Springs is governed a little different than those living in the city limits of Colorado Springs, but I discuss that on another video on mine about Manitou....Glad you are ok after your encounter and now living somewhere you prefer to be.
Thank you for all the helpful tips, especially the one about needing an allotted time to go up the incline. Love also that you gave the alternative route to come down from the incline. Many thanks 🙏
sweet. incline and the train to the top in the same area, nice. cant wait to go in 2 months. caves cant wait to see. seen 3 caves in VA. be seeing breweries. try to see as much as i can in 7 days.
Found this site by accident and I know it is year old but brought back memories. Live in Manitou back in the early 70's (71-74) and loved living there. It was called pot city back then however.
oh man, I would love to but that would be such a long video haha! Denver is just so much bigger than Colo Springs! If you want to reach out to me via phone or email I'd be more than happy to suggest some things, or just find out what you are interested in and then I could narrow down a better list of things for you to do.
Red Rocks Amphitheater for concerts and movies ...Dakota/Dinosaur Ridge with the sidetrail to the Dinosaur footprints....Lookout Mt with Buffalo Bills grave or the Colorado Railroad Museum with actual trains running around a circular track under North Table Mt....Forney Museum with the old autos motorcycles and bike near the Denver Coliseum...Larimer Square....Molly Brown House ....Colorado State Capitol....take the Lightrail to Arvada or the Taj Majal in Golden...the geology Museum at Colorado School of Mines...Coors Brewery tour
