I have visions of roller skating pick packers! In the early 1950s my uncle worked at Sears Roebuck in Los Angeles. Pickers wore roller skates and zipped through the aisles! It’s been so much fun watching you grow over the years! 🐾💕🐾
For the areas without power you can use drop cords or battery power stations like Jackery, Anker, EchoFlow etc, if you want or need to use powered equipment like scanners or printers.
I’ve been following you for a loooong time now and I admire you for all that you’ve accomplished! I’m opening a paint studio in the Orlando area and I love watching all of your videos! I love that you are incredibly organized! I’m the same way! 😂
Are you setting up your warehouse with bin locations? Super helpful to also drop that into your inventory CRM for each SKU so when you're printing out your warehouse pick ticket it will tell the staff exactly where to find the item. Makes inventory counts much faster and also allows you to know where everything is. Drop me a note if you need help, I have experience with inventory control from a previous job.
Pick face! That's what they call the openings in the shelves, because that's where you pull the product from. Thanks for asking, I'll be sure to explain that when they show up in future content!

I love that! Thus new warehouse would be perfect for skates😂! OSHA would prob not approve- they ruin everything!

Got my grab bag! Love it. I'm semi retired so it makes my gift giving budget go further. Love watching your journey.
Thank you for watching and following along! I’m so glad you enjoy the grab bags, I hope you received some great gifts to give!
How does Mill & Meadow fit into the plan? Do you have a separate area or pull from same stock? Or will you need another warehouse for it?

@@thesmileyeffectman I really hope these people aren’t running businesses because 👀
