I get that you want to improve the WH look to match a preconceived look idea, so I can see patching the holes etc but why are you spending money on that much painting spice it is JUST A WAREHOUSE? I can see painting some areas but keep in mind it is just a warehouse and is not going to be seen much by the public. Put your money where it really needs to go.

Agree esp if the landlord isn’t paying for any of it. Hopefully they give a break on the rent for painting and improving it.
