Not a note to the OP because he doesn't seem like he does this for a living but to the people who do and do it like this: Picking the lock would've gained faster entry (for experienced locksmiths) No risk of damage to the customers property, And because of the swiftness and professionalism of your work and the fact you saved saved them money will get you good word of mouth and a loyal customer. You're normally making enough from the call out fee that it would be financially beneficial to spend less time on a simple job so that you can get out to your next one Instead of drilling the lock (very poorly might I add) with a very high chance of ruining that nice door in the process, wasting your own time changing that lock out for a new one. Just so you can charge extra and actually fool yourself out of money and a customer who will come across a locksmith that can do the job quicker and more cost efficient. I know who's card I'd rather keep in my wallet..

I've done this and there was more than 2 rows of them pins, there was 6! I tried each step of the way to open it and now after drilling till all are out, I still cant open it 😭🤣😭 please can you HELP 😢
