Hey I’m new to dirt bikes and I just got my kids the ts90. I just ordered the carb and filter. But newbie question, do you use regular fuel on the kayo bikes? 91 or 87 octane?
nibbiracing.com/collections/pe-carburetor/products/pe17fl This one has a 46mm intake so get it as close as u can to that. A 48mm should be able to be tightened to it
Did you change out the carb because of proformance? I’m having trouble with water and dirt going thru the air filter when my boy rides thru the mud and water… it sucks in water and stops running.. I have to use carb cleaner then it runs good again
Sorry to bother you with the same questions….I have a TS90 and I ordered the 17mm (PE17FL). I just tried to install and it’s way too big. Any advice? Thank you Nick
Sorry right after I sent that I went back out there and it worked perfectly. Seriously 3 minutes to install and running!!! Thank you so much for this video! Have a great weekend. Nick
Just purchased one for my son's 90cc Kayo pit bike. Is this a pretty simple swap or should i take it somewhere to get it put on.? Im working on it now and having issues getting the throttle pin and spring back in correctly. Any advice or help ?
The throttle pin and spring should just go in easy. Did u put the lock clip in their? Id say if you are in spokane wa i could help, if not nibbi has some good videos that u could search. Just type in the pe17 carb installation and should pull up something that might help
@devincloud84 it was still in there. The throttle pin just seems to move around super easy and when I twist the throttle the first time it seems ok but when I do it again it's really loose, almost like the spring isn't catching
Got a stupid question for you. New carb came in. Easy install (or so I thought. Got it installed but gas it coming out from everywhere including the air filter. It did come with extra main and pilot jets or so i assume. Took the bottom off of it and everything seemed in place. Any idea what I'm missing or do I just need to take it to someone. Appears the entire carburetor was flooded out. Gas was coming out of the air filter and a run off tube.
I have 2 kayo td 125 and have had trouble with both since new starting and running. What nibbi carb would fit them i cant seem to find a definite answer. Exact set up you had on yours. If you could give info on a part number and where to purchase the right nibbi carb i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
@dylantaylor58 the TD125 uses the 19mm and the TS90 uses the 17mm. Just use the jets that come with it. They work perfect but, order a nibbi air filter with it. Those are the best
Thank you for the info, really helps. Question, did you have to tune the new carb when you replaced it?
No i left the stock jetting in the carb as it was sent. No worries there

91 octane is what i use. U can use 87 put performance might suffer some, buy 91+ is the best

How hard was the swap. Im used to working on small engines such as chainsaws mowers and stuff like that. Just got mine in the mail today
Really Easy, maybe an extra set of hands is all.

I have a Kayo tt140 what carburetor millimeter do I need to get
You can look on your carb and it should have a number on the bottom portion. That should correlate to the flange size on the PE chart
Is the 48 mm air filter right for the 17mm
I believe thats the 45mm.

Also just go to the nibbi high performance website
Thank you for taking the time and for the info. I really do appreciate it
Do you have a part number for the filter? I can’t find it in Nibbis website
Which model carb did you use?
PE19 for TD125 and PE17 for TS90
Bro I can’t figure out how to start the TS90 lol 😂 I’m new to these type of bikes
You can call me 4175408218 and i can walk you through it
@@devincloud84I figured it out 😅 what all upgrades do you have on the Ts90? And do you know of a installation video on the carburetor and air filter?
@@HIGHLYMOTOi have nibbi performance carbs and their double foam airfilters. Literally all ive done to that bike

Do you have nibbi part number for ts90?
Its their 17mm flange
If anyone wants info on these Kayo Bikes just ask. If you want to see a subject covered let me know
What part # did you order for the 90?
@Vincent Sheehan nibbiracing.com/collections/carburetor/products/nibbi-pe-carburetor?variant=42134324314277
Make sure u order the 17mmFL
@Vincent Sheehan the pilot and Main jet that come in the carb are just fine. No need to get a jet kit.
I’m thinking about upgrading my carb is that the 17mm? What size jets are you using?
@dylantaylor58 the TD125 uses the 19mm and the TS90 uses the 17mm. Just use the jets that come with it. They work perfect but, order a nibbi air filter with it. Those are the best
What jet size are you running on your 125?
Well its been a minute but the nibbi performance carb jets that cam installed and they run great.
