my way to get sharp lines on painting is using a tape who is designed to do this job. used crappy cheapos before, never worked out as planned. my advise.

3:31 OK, I'm looking at Graco paint sprayers and I'm really confused. Are you using the "Ultra". I assume you didn't go Ultramax because you don't need to spray solvents. But do you know what the difference between the Ultra and the Pro is? I can't find a comparison between them and they don't list all the same stats.
