As promised: although there are 12 kids from Bangladesh at Harvard University, none of them are currently attending HBS. So, another plus for this candidate.

Wow! Super star indeed! This is by the far the most impressed Sandy has ever been! :-) The candidate has been flawless in this! I would be interested in knowing how she got where she got thus far! Amazing Parenting I feel! Highly underrated!

Also to add - its your parents that you should be EXTREMELY PROUD - for immigrating ! Bangladesh is having a lot of them in the UK ... ..you should Thank them for their STEP cause anyways it is a much better quality of life and what you got from them is extremely precious .. Also luck favours the Brave ! PLUS YOU GOT TALENT .. no doubt about it .. no way and your parents showed that you dont have to come from a background to raise your KID the way they did and you DID everything right 👍

Amazing profile at such a young age. I applied to Simon Business School and was interviewed mid January, am afraid if these are the folks who apply with us then we are done!

I'm really confused about how she's completed all these internships in such a short amount of time. I'm almost suspicious, and even if she did work at these companies, was she able to have much of an impact? Did she even have a project? No hate to her of course, extremely bright individual for sure. I'm just wondering if maybe this was part of those "rotation" programs that put young minds in different offices to experience the company, but isn't a true internship

Interesting... Quite a contrarian perspective... I am certainly eager to know more...

From what I've heard from my cousins in London, schools and colleges send their students to 2 week internships, where they might work on a very small thing like a mini-case study or a presentation on an issue the company is working on. Like you said, it's meant to be an experience-driven internship. But it's still competitive to get into those.
