The most unrealistic part of this scene is that literally no one else is living in the apartment complex. It doesn't make any sense when the reporter later talks about how several people were injured when literally no one was walking out the rooms when Norman was beating Peter's ass throughout the whole building.

Take Dr. Strange for example, it took him two movies with him having his third eye. That's what's happening with Spiderman, it took him three movies to start becoming the comic book accurate one. Tom with an upgraded suit couldn’t even damage a half armored goblin, he also lost against Dr. octopus with his upgraded Nanotech suit that Iron Man made for him, Toby had octopus on the verge of blacking out as stated by the novel and script during their first actual battle; and he had a broken back too and had Dr. octopus retreat, despite the fact that he was weakened by his back. And venom has spin stated in the script and novel which take place in the same universe of the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man to be strong enough to destroy mountains, and Toby Maguire Spider-Man was actively taking beatings from the same venom and Sandman.

And the upgraded suit may not be a huge upgrade, but since it’s made out of titanium nano particles, it’s going to definitely give him extra protection on areas like the chest or shoulders, and he constantly punched in the chest and has his back slammed through multiple floors where there’s also another giant titanium nano particle symbol to protect him. And the reason why people don’t complain about Doctor Strange is because his character was different for the better of the story; and the third eye was only a small design change, And in the comics, he doesn’t even have the eye

Yeah, he didn't really fight them very much at all so that point is very pointless also green goblin was a very experienced villain at this point and Tom is still somewhat new I mean he literally just fully grasped his spideysense/reflexive powers in his last movie when he went against mysterio, also Tom was holding back in his fights which is very in character for spiderman when he started to not hold back he almost killed green goblin but Toby stopped him because he didn't want him to go down that road.
He had backing from the Avengers. It's like being the Weakest person in a Strong Squad. You'll look good when your around them. Then when he got caught in a 1v1 it showed his lack of fighting ability, even with the suit.

1:00, After seeing May be mostly a comic relief character, her being Peter’s moral compass out of nowhere was just off, like the movie couldn’t come up with better justification for Peter taking on the dangerous responsibility, one he wasn’t entirely suited for, of rehabilitating these villains, granted, some of them didn’t take much to be on Peter’s side like Otto and Norman, it was just their conditions that got in the way like Otto’s tentacles and Norman’s Goblin identity.
Then when the consequences catch up with him, he blames them for not being what he hoped they’d be instead of himself for taking on way more responsibility than he could handle or for helping to bring these villains to his world and getting his aunt killed over a scholarship.

I still don't get why people shit on Tom's Spiderman. Most of the heroes in the MCU even though have many movies haven't even started yet. Take Dr. Strange for example, it took him two movies with him having his third eye. That's what's happening with Spiderman, it took him three movies to start becoming the comic book accurate one. Either way are we gonna forget that Peter fought villains stronger than the rest of the Spidermen. Tobey and Andrew fought the Green Goblin, Dr Octopus, a weak Venom, Sandman, the Lizard, a robot Rhino and Electro separately and Tom fought them all at the same time and when Tobey and Andrew came they couldn't beat them either and needed help from Dr. Octopus. Are we also gonna forget that Tobey in Spiderman 3 was in a 2V1 with Sandman and Venom and needed help?

Electro and octopus dipped at the beginning of the battle without throwing a single attack at him, lizard simply just grabbed him and threw him and dipped as well, Tom with an upgraded suit couldn’t defeat the goblin first try, Toby could, matter fact he did; first time they fought Toby Maguire won against the green goblin. Tom with an upgraded suit couldn’t even damage a half armored goblin, he also lost against Dr. octopus with his upgraded Nanotech suit that Iron Man made for him, Toby had octopus on the verge of blacking out as stated by the novel and script during their first actual battle; and he had a broken back too and had Dr. octopus retreat, despite the fact that he was weakened by his back.
And venom has spin stated in the script and novel which take place in the same universe of the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man to be strong enough to destroy mountains, and Toby Maguire Spider-Man was actively taking beatings from the same venom and Sandman.

Goblin didn’t even have his armor when he was fighting Tom, the only one who got stronger is electro, and it was specifically stated that he did get stronger. And the upgraded suit may not be a huge upgrade, but since it’s made out of titanium nano particles, it’s going to definitely give him extra protection on areas like the chest or shoulders, and he constantly punched in the chest and has his back slammed through multiple floors where there’s also another giant titanium nano particle symbol to protect him. And the reason why people don’t complain about Doctor Strange is because his character was different for the better of the story; and the third eye was only a small design change, And in the comics, he doesn’t even have the eye
