Not that I'm aware of but you can use MET tables to estimate it.

What about if you do not have grade either? how would you solve for speed then if all you have is kg and METs

Hi Zachary Martin. You can only solve an equation when you have only 1 unknown. If you have 2 unknowns you would have to make an educated decision about one of them base on the clients abilities and goals prior to calculating the final unknown variable.
