Homemade Seekh Kebab Recipe
Directions / Zubereitung:
wir haben das Ganze für 10 Personen zubereitet
haben 2,5 Kg Hackfleisch genommen -sechs mittelgroße Zwiebel eine Knolle Ingwer und Knoblauch sechs grüne Chilis ein Bund frischer Koriander zwei Esslöffel Salz nach Geschmack zwei Esslöffel rote Chilipulver sechs Esslöffel Koriander Pulver zwei Esslöffel Kümmelpulver
100g Seekh Kebab Masala 50 g Chapli Kebab Masala ( man kann die Masala Packung in jeden Asia Laden Kaufen ) und zwei Eier und haben das ganze gut mit dem Hackfleisch vermischt wichtig ist es vorher den Saft von den Zwiebeln aus zu pressen dadurch kleben die Kebab besser an den Spießen und falle nicht runter ins Feuer. dann abgedeckt ca. für 1 stunde in den Kühlschrank Stellen.

Shan seekh Kabab masala has meat tenderizer ( papaya powder ) it makes the Kabab very soft and not firm to stay on the skewer,
Try without Shan masala
As you can see in the video, kebaab stay on the skewer but it’s optional you can make it without Shan masala😊

You can prepare everything a day in advance and mix and knead everything well 1 to 2 hours before BBQ so that the kebaab of seekh doesn't fall apart
