Ingredients:
1 kg boneless beef, minced (without sinew)
4 onions, finely chopped (retain water if preserving for a longer time)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoons salt or to taste
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons ghee
A little oil (for greasing the tawa)
Method:
