    Most of us dont really have any access to such facilities to train with weights . So home workout to increase vert would really help . Hope to see many videos which don't include weights and all to boost explosiveness . And great content as always love you guys

    Hello Sir,
    I just has surgery last Monday. My achilles ruptured doing kickboxing. Nothing special, i was just moving, went back and changed direction to go forward, nothing out of the ordinary, yet it snapped. Any ideas (or even a video) what to do to never have this happen again (or at least lower the risk)? My stats: 32 years old, very active (doing sports daily), no smoking or anything. Thank you for the video, great job!
    All the best

    Does the first exercise 'count' as an isometric? Would it do any good for the tendon, below the knee?

  • @fitlifeconrad
    @fitlifeconrad 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    The soleus is the way to go for tendonitis right? I’ve been working on it for. A year but my problem is I jump back to soon. Weak soleus equals weak achilies. People don’t know that the soleus is responsible for 7x amt of force. I think people sleep ok the soleus the feet and soleus are keys to a high vert do you agree?

    • @JayLupe
      @JayLupe 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, i think even jumping rope is too much for you.. start off with exercises with your own body weight that dont stress the tendon so much, like walking 5 miles, then some lighter exercises like resistance bands, then after a month or two get into these exercises..

    God tried to turn us from our sins through many rules but it didn't help so he became a man lived a sinless life like a 'game programmer' enter his own powerful avatar to overcome all the bugs and to save the other avatars in the simulation(or exam for good place) by sacrificing his own avatar to help the other avatars to make through the exam, anyone can posses that power when he/she have fAith in Jesus AND HE'S coming back
