The version of Pulcinella here is so beautiful. I don't think Parquet Courts have ever released anything I haven't enjoyed. We are lucky to have them
RIP Bill Walton ❤
Best band in the last 20yrs. So underrated
Joe Pera was the perfect choice for a companion throughout this album.
Hard agree. It put a big smile on my face as soon as I heard his voice.
Thanks, I thought he said Joe Perry. I just duckduckgo'd the guy to see if maybe I had heard of him before but nope, never have. (I'm trying to point out how clueless I am, not saying that Pera is a nobody.)
they really put their whole parqussy into this record
LEAVE

Man…..
Best way I can describe my love and appreciation for these guys -they played in an open-Air festival a few days before the album came out, I made the hour+ drive to make sure it was my 3yr old's first show. We bought tickets to the festival... showed up for Parquet Courts, and left.
She loved it so much she wanted the album playing at her 4th birthday the following month.
What an amazing Film. Never seen something like this. It was very intense.
Fabulous album, love it more and more the more I learn the lyrics to the songs. This movie was powerful with Bill Walton and the tepee, the beautiful bluesy saxophone at the end is perfect cap to the vidoes
Hey guys, please keep making stuff as you see fit, it's working effectively.
I first heard you guys about 8 years ago at Pickathon in Portland. I was 20 years old and babysitting for the family of the photographer of the event. On my free time his wife helped me sneak into the 21+ barn and it was the first time I ever heard anything like you guys and I never forgot it! Thanks for the amazing memory and I look forward to seeing you guys in April at the Crystal ballroom :)
YES!
THIS MADE MY WHOLE DAY! What a treat!!!🤙🤠
I'm so glad this will be available it was do good
Great variety of sounds and awesome job with the visual coordination. Sorry there are some whiners that were hoping for something different than this. I'm so happy with this new album! Thanks for the effort and heart you guys put in.
Love this band great album👍😎🤟🎸
Unbelievably creative! My new favorite band!
Best band, amazing people. Greatest rock band of the last decade? I think so.
Tell me who else is a contender? I legitimately want to know
Not if they are braindead mask zombies. Even after the CDC finally admitted after 2 years that those masks don't do sh** talk about virtue signaling reeeetardation
A contender could probably be the King Gizzard & the wizard lizard. I prefer Parquet though. So many brilliant songs in their catalogue
Good to see Nerd Rock still making its presence known.
Omg so stoked!! I was hoping they would release the full visuals
WOW. Thank you so much. Love the version of Pulcinella to finish things off.
joe pera!!!

You guys rule!
... and at the moment when the music is apparently dead or at least sounds f#@king same.. light starts shining on Parquet Courts.
Con mucho amor desde Argentina. Diego✌🇦🇷
THE BASS LINES
Holy crap, this is entertaining and illuminating.
You guys are the best!!
High level likes from big man Bill Walton, the esteemed Barack Obama (see his favorite songs of 2021)... As well as from little lowly me.
I’m here for Bill Walton, one of the all time great Bills, from Bill the Cat to Billy Ray Cyrus to the hundred dollar bill.
Seeing Bill Walton in a Parquet Courts video was completely surreal
@@poopymcfart668 mans got good taste
✨🌱✨
This is sooo cool
Epic.
Hey Bill ! Hows the other side? Thanks for the heady times!
JOE PERA NO FUCKING WAY

*planting life*
This is a documentary of life in nyc
Watching Bill Walton here reminds me of how bad the Knicks will forever be.
anyone know the last song ? amazing
Tim and Eric vibes
Happy Saturnalia.
I feel a little mixed on this new one. The songwriting's still top notch but the production's not nearly as crisp as Wide Awake was and the tracklist is a little jarring. They should've made this one with Danger Mouse so they could have a more crisp sound with more focus. Asides from being a little distracting here and there some of these tracks are absolute gems though.
I was kind of this mindset for a while until seeing the album release show and reflecting.
You can’t recreate the magic of Wide Awake because the social and political nature of it exists but it’s not as harsh because of how COVID-19 has changed our society.
This piece feels like a reflection, and I have learned to appreciate it.
@@ballsinc.8819 Absolutely. I mean, they'll forever be in my good graces for making Wide Awake and I'm just glad to hear more of them. They never had to outdo that album; I just appreciate that they're still sticking around and kicking. The album cut of Pulcinella is easily one of their best songs in a long time and it's got me itching for a hypothetical they could maybe just hone to perfection in the right circumstance. Life isn't like Hollywood where you just bang out a perfect experience and that's it; you wake up and go 'Shit it's the next day and I'm just a regular person in a poeculiar circumstance.' so as long as they're the Parquet Courts I know and love then I'm happy.
WTF just happened with Pulcinella, wow
Used to love this band many years ago then realized they are not awake at all, totally brainwashed by tv programming
Again...Give Gang of Four some credit here. Clearly, one of you was influenced by them. Many of your songs are a straight up rip off. I do like your music a lot! Just, give credit were it is worth. Natural is not in it?
