This is an old engine and I do not suppose you can still get such a heat exchanger like this one any more.... at least, I sure have not seen any. If I run across one I will let you know.
I'm sorry; I misread your question. There is an pencil zinc anode screwed into the bottom side of the heat exchanger. I bought a replacement at west marine, but had to cut it in half to fit. There is no zinc on the engine itself.

No. It is not. It was in fresh water on a lake until removed from a Cape Dory 30 to be replaced with an electric motor.
