Thanks for your presentation :) That's a good tip to ask "do you have a partner/significant other?" instead of putting people in situations through assumptions. I also like how you added your own personal opinions and what your experiences have been like for you!

Reminds me of a young Joey Graceffa (mannerisms and presentation). You are a very brave young man. Keep up the good work!

    Good presentation.
You may or may not agree with me but I feel that as a member of the gay community when the day comes that we drop these terms the number of people claiming to be bi-sexual will decrease. The U.S. has the highest percentage of people claiming to be bi, but also one of the slowest to recognise the rights of people to be different.
Being old enough to be your great grandfather I know several people that married because it was what we were expected to do. In my opinion they probably made themselves and their spouse live a less than romantic life. Many ended in divorce which put their children living with out a complete family.
Another thing I have said for years we will not have reached equality till people stop asking or kidding kids about boy/girl friends or having children of their own. So I have decided I will take your advice and will now only ask if they have a significant other in their life. No gender attached nor expected in their answer.
I admire people like yourself that post these videos and talk openly about being homosexual. I could not do that. And it wasn't only out of fear of being beat up. I could have been jailed. I was turning 30 when the Canadian law was changed that just being homosexual meant a jail term. I was 25 when the last person was jailed for being homosexual and it was an indefinite term. Even though the law changed 4 years later he still remained incarcerated for another two years. My fear was genuine.
Thank you again for a thought provoking video. You will never know how many people you have helped.

You are going to literally bring me to tears. I thought what you said is so insightful. And I admire all you have been through! To know you are watching and taking everything to heart makes me so happy. I can’t imagine a world where people were jailed for being themselves.Thank thank you for blazing the trail for me and many others. I don’t know how to write in words how much love and respect I have for you.

Being gay is not abnormal, it’s just a different part of normal. The majority of people understand that now. Some ignorant people don’t.
