Thankyou for sharing the passion you have for foraging for mushrooms with you and your family.
I drove two days from NSW and finally fulfilled my dream of finding a porcini in Adelaide Hills Australia today, it took me five days of searching many forests and gardens plus sleeping in the car. First one and it was bigger then my hand.
I'm blessed to be able to find them here and not have to travel back to Europe where my family taught me how to forage as a child.
