My kids gave me a Verismo 580 for Christmas. .I accidentally through away the instructions so I didn't know how to use it until now..thank you for your How To video..now I will enjoy my favorite Starbucks latte..thank you.....

mine has never produced more water than that for a espresso. Now i think the line is clogged as nothing but a few drips come out where coffee should, but clear water pours out all over the counter...is there anyway to take this apart and clean any grounds that might be in the line? And do not say its an overflow from pod catcher...that fills up after about 3 pods but even when empty water is everywhere. I have no doubt line is clogged with coffee grounds as i once had a pod bust.
I can get my verismo startbucks to even do the first rinse cycle all lights on green water in tank I push top buttom and nothing...help

Use the cup you collected the rinse water in... it's now heated.
My machine resisted one of the pods and the handle will not stay down after insertion of a new pod. It has such a resistance that it blows the handle up during the brewing cycle. Any suggestions?
Thank you so much I don’t know what to do with this machine. Friend of mine who is a traveling nurse was leaving town, gave it to me brand new but it did include the direction it was out of the box. Mind you it’s been over four years sitting on my cupboard.Now I got interested in using it because I like the The brand new Brown Sugar coffee they sell at Starbucks but it’s freaking almost 6 dollars. So my question is is there anyway I can use this machine to make the brown sugar.
This was SO funny to me -- I am addicted to the brown sugar shaken espresso -- after buying too many to count, I found the exact oatmilk they use at a local store recently and as I was just shopping for an espresso machine (thinking holy sh*t they are expensive!) I remembered my mom bought me this machine almost a decade ago ......I just recovered it from my storage room (never even plugged in!!) -- once I locate some of these espresso pods I'll be sure to finally give it a spin -- "Thanks Mom"! LOL

I was given this machine as a gift, and of course, it doesn't use kcups. Dammit. Now I got to find the right cups.

Faris Ab the Starbucks Verismo machines are actually made by a German company called k-fee. It is also said the pods sold by CBTL fit the Verismo machines but I haven't confirmed it for myself.

I saw this at the goodwill for $6.
You can find them on craigslist and offerup for pretty cheap, too. Turns out spending over a buck a cup on crappy instant coffee doesn't work so well.
This is the "Aldi" machine I have. Just a rebadged K-fee machine.

Nespresso every time. Lattissima uses fresh milk of any kind, soy, lactose free, full fat, half fat, no fat, whatever you like, none of this sterilised muck.
