Yeah foods of anti-aging you got any food that I anti-hail after all since you're so concerned about People's Health with your white apocracy there's a lot of people that are going to hell yes yes yes they're not going to have high blood pressure and they're not going to have too much cellulose fat hanging off their blubber love handles but why don't you help them live forever how about the Bread of Heaven the water that Jesus gives the blood of the vine of his sacrifice that will save them eternally you don't give a damn about that

That church is still around to this day, all its teachings preserved from day 1 from the apostles and their successors and we must be in the Church just as those in the Ark were saved, we must also be in Christ’s Church. You can actually make your own ghee, I make it all the time, I get pasture/grass fed milk and then boil it and then keep the cream layer every single time in a container in the freezer and once the container is full I thaw it and churn it in a milk churner( available online). Once I get the butter layer I separate it and then heat it once golden brown but the process is a bit tricky to get it clarified, one needs to keep stirring for a while before it gets clear wlse it will just boil away from the vessel, once the foam clear off and I get the desired color I put off the heat and then allow it to cool down a bit and then transfer to a container and only keep the lid on once it solidifies. I know it’s a lot of work but then the satisfaction of it is awesome. I do it once a month on a weekend and makes enough ghee for a months supply

Good morning Bobby, and Brad. Fabulous informative video as always. Just wanted you to know that I did try to sign up for thrive market last month, but ended up canceling an hour later. Why? Cause no company should need you to join, and pay before viewing what they have or their prices. Website wasn't easy to find what I see you purchase. So it was more aggravating. Wondering since they sponsor your videos, maybe you can put it out there. Just a thought. Please, and thank you. 🙂

I’m with you. I get having to join to order. But to look at the product offerings and prices, to read their terms of service and how things work? That’s insane and I won’t do it. I’m amazed at the number of people who do. I wouldn’t even join a warehouse until I’d walked around the stores so I could decide which one fit my needs better.

Thanks for the videos. I've been watching all day. We just went to Costco and in Canada we have maybe half of the things you have in the States! (Same with garden stuff and furniture etc etc) Sad, but true. I'm so getting that green tea because I think I've seen that brand here. I have to watch my cholesterol numbers/saturated fats, excluding olive oils, salmon, nuts etc which I eat tons of each week. I wonder if you might include info about this in one of your videos. Also, Costco sells a Weider Red Rice Yeast supplement in the US, which isn't allowed here. I have taken it for years, because at my ripe old age, I'm concerned about possible side effects. I"d love to know your opinion on these. Unless you're vegan, it's really difficult. I did it for a year and it's too restrictive. Life's getting a bit too short not to eat meat for me. I love it. During covid I went back to humanly raised chicken and a tiny amount of lean meat a month, if I didn't have a bean/lentil meal handy. I'd love to see a video on this. Thanks again!
