I just found out yesterday that my cholesterol is high, my sugar is high and my blood pressure is high. I'm not an overweight person and I try to eat healthy, But like Bobby says they hide so much crap in our food that you never know what you're eating. Thank you Bobby for making it easy for me to get back on track. Without you I would have spent a thousand hours trying to figure all this out.

When I first investigated thrive market I realized that I can just afford some of the products but the membership which is paid monthly or yearly and the fact that I have to pay money for the food and can't use the food stamps made it a no-go then I found out that thrive will give those with EBT and other programs a free membership for a year now I am able to afford to buy my supplements cheaper than in the stores in my area and I have free delivery so I'm not driving around spending money that way check it out it's a good deal if you think about adding fuel wear and tear on vehicle maintenance etc etc

Love the Silver Hills bread. At my local Korean grocer I purchase huge bags of unsalted dried kelp fronds and buy distilled water and place some of the fronds in a large mason jar and pour over the distilled water. Cold brew in the fridge for as long as you like. Pour the liquid into a cup or bowl and add a fresh squeeze of lemon. Very nutrient dense (especially for the thyroid) and very tasty too.

He promotes pasture raised organic eggs vital farms, bone broth and collagen vital proteins, 100% grass fed beef/dairy maple hill, and nitrate free bacon/lunchmeat applegate organics.

Love the info about good bars to get. Would love to see a comparison of all the keto ones that you order online. There are a lot and I haven’t found one I like very much. Maybe we could make one?

i fell in love with plain yogurt and & i hate those flavored yogurts! My favorite company is DAHlicious indian style yogurt. Almond milk based. Sooooo goood! It taste like sour cream at first but after training your taste buds and eating it often you begin to taste the nutty buttery flavor sooo good!

That particular Dave's bread I believe I saw molasses, not cane sugar oh also had acerola cherry powder! I tried Dave's and noticed the sweetness but I am a Silver Hills fan all the way. Except when I can get fresh from the farmers market

I just realised that the only good thing about my country is the fact that the food is so much less processed. For example, I've never see bread with added sugar here

Please I would love to see a video about the best sweeteners out there. Thank you for providing us with such great information on how to eat healthy. It would also be wonderful if you could do a video on antinflammatory foods for autoimmune disorders... God Bless!
