I felt the need to film this video in which I am explaining all that happened last week. Its been exactly 7 days since it all happened, and I think Im doing well mentally, but still lost all of my things which are necessary for work and wanted to sit down and speak to you about it. I know I have been saying all the time that I am not a material person, but this terrible incident proved it to me even more, because all I feel is gratitude that my family and me are fine. 3 words, GPS Dog collar. Remove the straps and Hide one in your most expensive bags. Keep one charged by the door and put them in your bags as you leave. Hide one in your car. Yes you will have to keep them charged and Hide them well. This will increase your chances of retrieving your belongings.
Maybe invest a vault. Jeffree Star shared that his vault is made of 10,000 pounds of bulletproof stainless steel and locked at all times with a fingerprint and retina scanner. Or installed multiple security cameras

I can’t believe someone would be so miserable in their lives and so petty that they would wish so much ill towards someone they don’t know personally and have never harmed them personally. I’m honestly really inspired and in awe by how mature, kinda and graceful you are in this situation. the same thing happened to me while I was living in Thailand,it was less value but still it was everything I had,jewelry super valuable,I was devastated for long time until I lost my father,then you realize that the loss of a loved one cannot be compared to the loss of material..be strong,everything you will gain twice in future I am sure..

I’m so shocked and saddened. I shed a tear for you. I don’t have as near as your collection and I can’t imagine how I’d react if I loose just even a single piece.
As women we like those things, handbags jewellery shoes and we love our collection.
But the best thing is that you are staying strong.
God will punish those who did you evil.
But the best thing you said is that you are business woman and you know how to do business and no body can steal that from you.
Material things can be stolen but knowledge is the excellence of wealth that no one can steal n no one can destroy.

I know it’s bad to say but I don’t want this come to in a rude way. Having people in the house for shots or any kind of work will allow them to see all the valuable belongings
You just don’t know who to trust!
That's why you don't have people over for anything. We have a lot of nice things as well, and some rare items too. We don't have parties that allow people access to our home---we have pool parties, and people stay outside (we do have a bath house with "facilities" that people can use. And if it starts raining, our large back porch is fully enclosed. We have a few friends that are trustworthy, and we will let them in, but no one else. And we are armed. Anyone who is foolish enough to break in while we are home is going to be shot---no questions asked. We also have a great alarm system in use when we are not there, as well as dogs. (Jan Griffiths).
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. It most probably wasn’t a stranger, but someone who’s been to her home multiple times.
Having lost everything including my childhood home in a hurricane when I was 18, this video was heartbreaking to watch. And some few people said I deserved it too though most were very kind. People are so much stronger than they know. It truly is just things like you say and i remember thinking the same thing at the time. What an inspiring message, just especially in light of the type of work you do, to deliver. I look forward to continue watching for your style, reviews, travels and personality which will endure. I wish you would fight the insurance companies legally, they definitely deserve to pay their due.

I’m so very sorry you experienced this trauma and the other traumas you have shared. Even the crazy comments sick ppl have made are traumatizing. Ridiculous. I’ll never understand the evil. But your courage and effort to remain strong, & be a positive example for all, is amazing!!! Knowing that health and love are what’s most important is key! As they say, what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger! You are proof of this. That said , even the strong have moments when they need to feel what they feel. It’s human to cry when we’re upset. I think when things are stolen, what hurts is the injustice, not the loss.
I do think that the concrete items are missed too.. Tamara always styled her Hermès bags so beautifully .. I m sure she misses the concrete bags (especially viewing they are so hard to get) and that s ok ..

Sorry about what happened to you. It happened to me in October 2017 when my house got broken into and that’s the only time I went on live at a non profit event. It was devastating!! They stole all my bags and jewelries. I live near Laguna Beach and it’s a safe neighborhood. I disagree about the insurance comment coz my insurance paid for my stolen goods factoring the depreciation. It was mercury insurance. I didn’t probably get most but it’s quite significant.
What it seems as lesson of yours dont be attached to things, do not collect things they eventually will be taken away from you..since it's not first time of yours be free and have minimal in life. I think you heard we never take things ,what we take is our good deeds and pure heart.

Your strength and inner beauty (your outer beauty is obvious) just shines through! Please know that when people are hostile it has nothing to do with you even though it feels so personal. But it really about their own personal issues that have been triggered. So sorry you have gone through this! I feel for you. This happened to me from a former friend who I took in to help them out and they stole all of my designer handbags, watch, jewelry, sunglasses including items that were my sisters who passed away. It feels so violating and it truly is so messed up and so undeserved. No one deserves to be robbed like that. You worked hard for everything you have and people are jealous of your success but you will re build and be ok.
Truly heartbreaking 😭! I think there is a serious security issue in France, i almost get robbed in Paris and always heard of similar sad stories. Let’s be wise! They will never get us again💪🏻

I hope you are doing great amd your still as powerful as you always are. You are so inspirational. You really engraved the idea I always had that things are meant to be used and people are are to be loved. I always knew this about the universe but your constant reminder just engraved it in my brain.
Another thing, I still remember in one QnA session someone asked that aren't you afraid of wearing these expensive items out in public and then you said that you shouldn't be putting all your money in one "thing" /bag or jewelry if that's all the money you have... Just remembered this..
But most importantly, I have been following you religiously for three years minimum now, have seen all the jewelry bags foreign trips but today listening to you about your loved ones and their support through this made me feel BANKRUPT. Something has just broken inside me..

So sorry to hear this happened to you. It’s hard for people to comprehend these moments because it’s not a matter of material things stolen, but it’s also an invasion to your privacy, your life and your home. If I can make one suggestion no matter where you move to, is to limit filming the exterior part of your home. It’s not difficult for people to figure out and pinpoint your location if they can see the exterior of where you live. Try to limit for your own safety because there are so many people who watch you and whether they know you or not, all it takes is one person to ruin it all. Hope everything improves from here on out.

You know what Tamara, I always had a bad feeling when you told that some deliveries had been stolen. If I were the police, I would investigate all the delivery people who may have been tracking the luxury goods coming to your home, matching your name with online content and realising that you had a gold mine in your apartment. So many theories, hopefully the police will find the culprit.

Tamara. U gave me chills when u talked about your friends. You’re lucky to have those circle of friends supporting you and be there for you in this situation time. You’re strong! And keep praying to heal what ever u feel inside. As for me, as a muslim I prayed a lot when I’m in hard situation (not as hard as your situation) but still God always there for us! Seriously, what has mankind become? Except from the despicable crime itself, people now are 'happy' that something this bad happens to you and then claim you shouldn't be sad about it as it is only material? They should open their mouths if their safe-place is invaded by strangers and all their belongings and valuables are gone. Many of which might never be replacable.
