Tam Tam! I think we all agree we need a new video on manifestation, practising law of attraction and reaching goals! I’ve just watched all your previous vids on this topic and realized I’m in a very similar position as yours when you decided to give The Secret a go. I love you and trust you so much that I realized it’s time for me to start saying what things I’m grateful for and appreciating EVERYTHING in life. Would love it if you could film a new/updated video on the topic, as you seem to be very passionate about it. Lots of love♥️

Great tips and I totally agree! I also think during the non fasting hours the quality of food you’re putting in your body is very important as well! Such as lean proteins and lot of vegetables! 😀 you may have said this as well. Love the video and your positivity!

I'd love to try the intermittent fasting but how do you then manage dinners with friends or work? Usually those are after working hours and for me the most difficult to manage in terms of time of eating. Would love to hear your experiences. Amazing video, thank you so much for sharing your experiences and you look fantastic.

what I do is start fasting later, so first meal at 2,3 and I try to eat in a 4 hour - 5 hour window but you can eat up to 8 hour windows. then if you reset the next day (lets say. you eat dinner at 9-10), wait 16 hours until your first meal and make it small and eat dinner earlier to get back to a fasting schedule of 11-6 or 12-6, and try to limit to two meals. hope this helps !

Maja W i have triplets. They are 18 months old, they sleep through the night since age 1. Is the beginning hard? Yes! Most things in life worth it take energy and are tiring. Is life easy with kids? No! Is it easy without kids? No, is life easy ever? No. Having kids is the most rewarding thing! They smile at you and all the hard things about it fly away. I know a lot of people complain about having kids, but it can be so rewarding and happy. People just don’t tell you how they feel when they see their kids, you can’t describe it! It’s pure love! Honestly, dealing with 3 screaming babies is WAY easier than dealing with one asshole adult! Give me all the kids in the world, but adults are WAY worse to deal with!

    • @LittleMissSomeone
      @LittleMissSomeone 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

@@KISballerina20 hmm maybe, thanks for sharing a different perspective. I don't know, like I often hear women discussing which one has it harder, which one has less sleep, whose kids' are more picky eaters, whose birth was the worst etc etc. I literally never ever hear anything positive so it's interesting to hear. It's a bit like if your friend only tells you about the bad things about her boyfriend- you'll end up hating the boyfriend cos you only know him to be an asshole.

Fasting is the best thing one can do for the body. Fasting in Islam is actually intermittent fasting with roughly 16 hours of staying on an empty stomach. We do this for a month and it makes such a huge positive difference in our energy levels and health

I personally think, the less sweets you eat, the less you even like them. When I started uni, I would eat a bar of chocolate, just to have enough calories in my system (hello, I'm the horrifyingly unhealthy skinny girl whose eating never gets questioned in that direction). I did this so long, I developed an allergy against hazelnuts, thus had to stop with that kind of chocolate and let me tell you: the taste of sugar is disgusting to me. (Same for canned food and a celery allergy)

I recommend walking for 10 min or more after each meal. It will help you to digest, feel full, and allow your body to stay in good shape. Prevent the gut from getting too big. At the least if you’re not exercising you should be doing this. Really good to do on your cheat days. I also recommend eating your food without consuming liquids. Eat wait a bit and THEN drink your liquids.

I was really positively surprised to hear you talking about the fasting method. I have started that recently, after hearing about the Japanese doctor who got the Nobel prize for discovering the fenomena called "autofagia", which basically explains how beneficial is for your body to "rest" from eating for more than 12h. Good job, Tamara! And let's all get healthy and fit!

Hi Tamara I never knew If lemon in water is ok during intermittent fasting ? Because technically it s fruit ? Or does it have zero calories ? Btw I find not eating after 5 or 6 quite easy too. It s more difficult for me to fast until noon I tried that too .. one advice for people struggling is carbonated water is ok since it has zero calories but the sparkle makes you feel like drinking lemonade when fasting and it takes the hunger away for me - same as many teas like peppermint especially

Hi Tamara! I LOVE watching all of your videos. You've inspired me so much already from Zimmerman dresses, Hermes bags, to a healthier lifestyle. During your fasting timeframe do you exclude alcohol? I presume you do, but I find this to be quite difficult for me once the weekend hits and I want a glass of wine here and there; this usually happens late at night well after I'm done eating. How strict are you with it, such as do you try to do it every day with only tea and vitamins outside of your "eating" window? I understand you're very busy, so no worries if you can't answer. I've just been enjoying this journey and really appreciate all of the advice you've given already! XOXO, Juliet

None of the resources I'd seen before recommended to eat A LOT during your eating hours, which I have to say makes complete sense! Still I don't think it's for me, I am already very petite and I'm like a kid: I need to eat every 3-4 hours, even if it's only a small snack or a piece of fruit haha

I think its good to be aware of a portions that we eat and how fat things are or are not. Just keep your diet light and dont over eat. In my opinion thats the key.

Thank you Tamara. Great tips. But... promise me one thing? You will show your tummy after you’ve given birth to a couple lovable rugrats 😂

Love this video! I don’t normally leave comments on video I watched but this one is ready good! Thanks for your honest and I really agree with you self control and discipline are one of the most important things we need to learn through our life. So many people are afraid of talking about losing weight and even the word “fat”, but I believe health is the most important thing and as long as it’s healthy, losing weight and keeping fit are great!!!

I think mindset is everything, tell yourselves that you are god to be making healthy choices rather than feeling deprived and sorry for yourself and it puts you into a feeling of control, works for me x

Of course, we would love , love, love to see a video with your exercising routine and also what you eat in a day! :)
Great video by the way, thank you for sharing that with us. I’m definitely quite motivated to try it myself after watching you sharing your experience.

I also did the intermittent fasting and lost 15 kg with it 🙌 very very very hard not to eat from 5 pm until 9 am and also did from 5 to 7 km per day and rested one day.
Loving your more often videos on TH-cam now ! Definitely would love to keep on this routine, found it super interesting and with a lot of content if you're in the fashion world Wich is my case
