- New York's 270 Park Avenue Skyscraper Reaches the Top
By 2025, New York City's skyline will have undergone a radical change, with the arrival of this new skyscraper that will be particularly imposing, both in terms of width and height. In this video, I show you what the future New York will look like with the new JP Morgan Chase $3BN headquarters at 270 Park Avenue by Foster & Partners.

Hey, thanks!
Say goodbye to this video😢
Thanks for your comment, we're very glad you liked it that much!
I agree, having built many of Manhattan's high-rises.
What about the effects of a terror attack on that exposed steel?? Will their "innovative design" withstand one
Pas fan du tout de ce gratte ciel : beaucoup trop large . Bien trop massif .
Celui qui a été détruit s'intégrait mieux .
merci d'avoir regardé et pour votre avis!
Morgan Chase should really be ashamed of themselves for destroying the Union Carbide Building. Yet another example of Jamie Diamonds monsterous personal ego at play! The Carbide bldg. wasn't just another high rise office building in mid-town Manhattan. As originally designed by SOM it was a very handsome addition the Manhattan skyline and should have been landmarked many years ago. Very few high-rise office building from the 1950's were as well proportioned and detailed as this building.
As to the new Foster building design I'm not especially impressed, especially the bazaar street level gymnastics and the way it destroys any hope of a reasonable or rational streetscape. Again the building is much to large for this site and I predict the design will do very little to enhance the mid-town Manhattan skyline.
Thank you for watching, we appreciate your opinion.
We're not British here in New York City. We don't pronounce it Two-Hundred and Seventy Park Avenue. It is Two -Seventy Park Avenue. And while I'm at it, we don't say litrally either. It is pronounced literally. We don't drop the "E" like you Brits due all the time.
Thanks for watching our video and the clarification :)
Also , it’s “football” not “soccer” ⚽️
A truly truly ugly building.
