While electric autonomous cars are beneficial, they do not address the issue of mass commuting or the extensive space and infrastructure required for roads. Each year, the number of cars increases, and even highways struggle to accommodate the demand.
The future should focus on fewer cars and more bulk commuting via electric bullet trains.

This would have a tremendous impact and benefit a large number of people. It's disheartening to see such lack of vision in our leadership. They should at least consider investing in researching initiatives like the one in Sweden, as it could have a massive positive impact on society. I'm bringing this up now because of the ongoing construction of new roads and infrastructure projects throughout India. This presents an ideal opportunity for India to take the next step forward.
