Ghana from all economic and social indexes is better than Nigeria.
1. The lifespan of Ghanaians is 64.9 years as compared to Nigeria 53.9 years. Nigeria is only better than Chad in Africa.
2. Human development Index (HDI) which portrays or measures the standard of living, that of Ghana is O.639 whilst that of Nigeria is 0.549
3.GDP per capita. Ghana per capita is $6500 whilst that of Nigeria is $5395
Ghana is ranked as the second peaceful country to live in Africa after Mauritius, Nigeria does not even make it to number 40.
Electricity, water, security and health care, Ghana is better than Nigeria.
So our competition is not against Nigeria but those countries ahead of us in Africa and the world.

They are not degrading Nigeria rather they want their country the learn from the positive aspect of Ghana and copy the same or do better. As African countries we need to learn or copy the good things from each other so that we can enjoy our continent.
Remember the black man is not welcome in any continent in the world apart from Africa. Even our north African brothers don't welcome us , simply because we are black.
@charlesdanso9238 Best comment, but I have been checking, and Nigerians with big platforms are not using their platforms to reach their law makers. Ghana went on nationwide demonstration because of the Black Stars poor performance at the Africa Cup. Cost of living rallies in Nigeria was very scanty and not consistent in Nigeria. ENDSARS demonstration in Nigeria, their police charged at them and they all went home. Those who lost their lives were in vain. Do something Nigeria, where is the opposition? It is upsetting, because the world is transparent and everyone can see what is happening. What is the purpose of governance if they don't listen to the people their governing. And to the blogger, please don't bring in music and entertainment, those are individual achievements, you started well. Focus in welfare and what needs doing to improve quality of life. Hungry people don't dance and poor people can't afford data to listen to good music. This is from a well meaning Africa. There are clear distinction between individual achievements and government achievements. Every thing the blogger said about Ghana is government performance, about Nigeria, purchasing poor is done by the people not government, music is also by the people. The issue like you said is lack of government intervention in Nigeria, it is not about individual achievements, did Nigeria hear about the USA that is also federal government shouting about the many achievements of their many musicians as national achievements. Common on, Nigeria can do better, shout about the lack of public services in a united voice and use other countries as examples, and it does have to be Ghana, South Africa is doing extremely well and other African countries.
I'm a South African I will prefer to stay in Ghana than Nigeria.

Just an fyi. The trend going around is being spread by Nigerians…this information on the internet which is generating hatred towards Ghanaians are the doing of Nigerians…you don’t see Ghanaian TH-camrs doing videos, Ghana shock me, Ghana this Ghana that , comparing Ghana to Nigeria…all such video are done by Nigerians.
Ghanaian TH-camrs will only talk about Nigeria when it has to do with sports and entertainment.
Maybe you should look at the bright side on it, if you're correct thou. They don't bash ghananians right? Thank you 😊

Facts, but Ghana can not do it all...for Africa to achieve the promise crown, we need Nigeria along. I pray and know Nigeria will get there regarding :- Health, security, and basic amenities..

Ghana is better than Nigeria or Nigeria is better than Ghana is a complete waste of our precious time. We should embrace each other’s unique cultural, social and other differences and be respectful of those differences. We are all different and unique and everyone should be proud of their ethnicity, culture and everything that defines us humans.
Ghanaians pays very little on health care delivery, because of health insurance, but little bit expensive in the market centres, besides the peace of mind in Ghana is amazing, everyone can go out and come back safe without looking on their shoulders with anxiety, Ghanaians have a heart ♥️ of Gold, they are very good people 👍

Since independence, Nigeria has never elected good governance and educated president better than Ghana, never” Use countries like Egypt🇪🇬 , Morocco 🇲🇦 , South Africa 🇿🇦 , Libya 🇱🇾 Rwanda 🇷🇼 Botswana 🇧🇼 or Mauritius 🇲🇺 to compare Ghana. I thought Ghana was better until I visited . Ghana has achieved a lot they should be proud of and have relatively more stable electricity . The truth is that Ghana has nothing that is better than Nigeria . I ran back .
