Today’s video is a normal day in my life. I have been trying to unwind from stress and doing little things like this helps me to.
Also, I am very much excited that on this day, I didn’t skip any of my meals. Although, it wasn’t the most productive day for me, but I love how the day went. And I hope you enjoy watching too. :)

When you start feeling stressed just stop and close your eyes and try to identify all the sounds around you then try to remember when in your life you first heard the sound. Cars, people talking, birds singing and how old you were when you first noticed the sounds. Can't wait for your room makeover. Should be uplifting.

I liked your video. Did you know that if you soak the oats overnight (before gently cooking them in the AM) that you will get more nutrition out of them. The soaking reduces the phytic acid which is the barrier to getting the full bionutrients from the oats.

Yes I think it was my exam, cos I wasn’t had to keep sleepless nights.
For the results, I think it’d take a few weeks.
The stomach upset was cos I had too much oats😁😁, I didn’t want to save the oats to have it later so I had to finish it at once.
The fridge and washing machine is working great, I’m thankful!☺️☺️
