    Despite the government's reiteration of age discrimination laws, I am baffled by the audacity of some HR departments that continue to practice it. I hope Singapore will improve in due course.

    To show ur sincerity, please help looked into NYP, slashing pay of many lecturers by 30% to 40%, just in the name of poor performer, after working for 15 - 25 years. This happens in 2023 to 2024.. Some have accepted the pay slash while some have left the organisation. Justice should be made and compensation like retrenchment benefit should be given to those who have left at least 1month/year of service. Grading of those officer should be put back to normal and not at C-. Those that initiated thus pay slashed should also be sacked.Imagine if a lawsuit is taken by all lecturer against the poly, things would be ugly.

    Where can we find the data on how many local n foreign hiring ? So can gov solve this problem where a company has more foreign hirers than a local. Another pt is that foreigners are allowed to work part time with or without a full time job ? If not allowed then what's the penalty? Revoke the business licenses ? Or heavy fines. I think all these have to be addressed properly. Also what's the status on platform workers regarding CPF contribution. 😊 Buying GCB do you need to pay tax ? 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

    If about starting a business or becoming a businessman still earn from selling items or food first, if about injuring-statement - still like "poor" is bad callings, like just let the common sense come back like just able to biz like opening a table(means mindset creation must go away) and earn, about registering company to be mthly deduction from profit up to 6 years too?

    All in talk, doesn't appeeciate Senior employees with their ranfe of skill sets, depreciate with growing age. Sransard govt eeplycwhen one seek employment with the govt organisations. Talk in Parliament versus actual real world on the grassroots level.

    Those in agencies will know. All the uncle workers non graduate after 60 cannot get promoted already.
    Promotions WFH special bonus all control by graduate officers.
