when u have politicians opening the floodgates for FT to come in n at the same time encouraging Sgs to work long n low salaried skilled labor jobs,it hard not to see discrimination in workplaces.Now how many of the FT are actually talented in the first place?currently in the job market,u can see workers from almost the whole of south east asian nationality n some from Euro nations.perhaps this is so called multiculturalism which is being pushed by UN across the world.
Many malaysians who hold PR in sg during covid lost their jobs and should be disqualified but many of the have been doing food delivery upto now. The mandatory cpf system is it inadvertently helping them to continue without a employer ?
Mr. Leong from what i see over these 5 years, he will be voted in again but I hope singaporeans can vote him in a MP instead of NCMP. His speeches aches into the hearts of many Singaporeans who are struggling for a living. Once again, Thank you Mr. Leong.
There are lots of foreign managers looking down on Singaporean workers.....hor And those people, especially those foreign working as salesmen and women are very rude!!!!!!!
Most of the migrants working in Singapore is part of the obligation on the part of Singapore's CECA obligations. CECA needs to be renegotiated whoever comes to power in 2025.
I have friends that are degree holder at their 50, 60 are under employ. Grab drivers, contract work etc. We Singaporean are losing out in their own country, what a sad situation, particularly for those in their 50, 60. MOM pls. do some things about it.

There are a lot of INDIRECT DISCRIMINATION in the workplaces towards Caregivers with newborns by weaponising appraisals. Claiming “Poor Work Performance” due to attendance as a guise, or even perhaps using internal auditors to target certain employees they want out to inflict ZERO bonus and a PIP which follows. Companies with such practices includes Uniform groups or Government linked companies like ST Engineering Aviation Defence services…
i stongly disagree. Singaporean are very protected! For any WP, the company need 2 and more Singaporean. the same for spass. as for EP, it is at very high bar. if we make it even more difficult to employ FT, we are chasing away investment. the radio system is very ingenious! Many Singapore SME has moved to Malaysia and nearby countries due to high cost here. Many Singaporean are going to Malaysia to shop and seek seek cheaper services. Stop adding oil into fire.

Outstanding employees will not be let go easily. Anyway, If I can't find another job with same pay, I will go for a lower pay job. It's important that people do not have too many financial commitment and prepare unfortunate events. We can't expect the government to keep protect us too much.
