Every time I see those views, my heart skips a beat. Gorgeous!!!! My family used to go to Red River, New Mexico in the summers & camped out. It was in the mountains & beautiful. It was a welcome relief from Texas summers. I sure hope the lockdowns don’t put a kink in things. Surely they can’t keep you from going, with most of your stuff in Idaho. You left Washington State after retiring as a Peace Officer, you set off on many back & forth trips to move your belongings & finally your last trip brought you to North Idaho to stay. Most people would be very apprehensive of doing that, but you & your family took a leap of faith & have come thru a few trials. Over all, you seem to have come out stronger, more confident & content. No matter what the future holds, keep your faith in God & continue to bring your family up the right way & you will be further blessed!

It’s crazy to see one life merge into the new life. I wake up everyday and see things that we’ve had forever and it’s here. It’s surreal for sure. How many more trips you think not will take you? We did it in 6 lol and they sucked!
We built a small cabin in Idaho three years ago. We sold our house in Calif. Does feel freeing. My husband retired from LEO and he wanted out of there. He said LEO was changing too much. It was getting too difficult to do his job. We are five miles from Riggins Idaho the banana belt they call it. We do some gardening have planted fruit trees.. enjoy your,life in Idaho.
Yes the pole barn is large but as you know it’s going to fill up fast!! Enjoying your move because with all this stuff going on it’s put my move/house sale on pause ugh

We are far from locked down here in Washington. We can go to the store when we need to , I go hiking or kayaking when I feel like it. People are out going for walks , my daughter and her husband go to work as usual (although many people can not). I sure do love your new place in Idaho , what an adventure ! Best of wishes from Washington.
Technically, those out door activities you mentioned only became legal again two weeks ago, and still require "social distancing" etc. Can't run certain small businesses, go to events, the mall, inside dining, hair appts, the dentist, or stores that aren't considered "essential" so yep still on lock down.
You guys are in for a shock if you think 25 degrees is cold. We are averaging 40- 45 degrees on sunny days during the hottest part of the day and we're outside in short sleeves. In January we had temps. as low as -30 with wind chill + a few feet of snow. Even though it's cold here in idaho it's so beautiful here I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. So exited for you guys and I love your channel!!!
