This challenge was done on PC HDC, on DMD difficulty where I only used guns except in the instances the game forced me to use not guns a.k.a. swords or fists.

Guns totally destroy the dolls ( it's even faster to kill them in a speedrun with guns lol ) and grenade launcher is very good
I remember back in 2011-2012ish I had a friend who was way into DMC and RE4, it's thanks to her that i eventually started playing DMC 5 though it has been far too long, watching you run through the game gun only reminded me of her I hope she's doing well :)

Hey can u do a little challenge?Its dante vs cerberus dmd in dmc5 but you can only use king cerberus weapon.but the rule is you must use the same element as cerberus.Example is while he is in lighthing form you can only use lighthing moves.(sorry for my Bad english)

No dude, DMC1 has RPG checkpoints. If you save between fights you can start from that save, you just have to manually save in the menu

I wouldn't say the game is completable gun only, since I'd say the challenge would be to play the game as if you didn't have weapons at all, or use no abilities that are weapon dependent, such as meteor, air raid, etc. (Air hike does not count, that should NOT be weapon dependent.) Though i can't really judge since this is more obviously a challenge run for fun and not to prove a point.

I really do not get the hate for Mundus phase 1. Sure it’s annoying to go through repeatedly if you run out of yellow orbs in phase 2 but the blame there lies with whoever designed this atrocious checkpoint system, not the fight itself. It’s a much more involved and complex fight than most other ‘spectacle’ bosses in the series, and has enough in common with phase 2 to not feel completely out of place.
Now do Force Edge and E&I Only run on DMD.

There's a shortcut to switch between Ifrit and Alastor? At least I assume thats what the Lightning/Fire DT Gauge swap is, I didn't know that you could do that, HOW do you do that?
