I tend to mix all the dry spices, ginger/garlic paste, lime juice into the yougurt - in a bowl, before submerging the chicken in the marinade mixture - in the bowl. This way I'm sure that all the individual flavours/spices/components of the marinade have mixed evenly throughout the marinade mixture and therefore all the individual spices/flavours/components of the marinade with be evenly coating the chicken. Then let the chicken sit in the yoghurt marinade for 24 hours in the fridge, in order to allow the chicken to soak up the marinade and all its flavours...also the lime juice helps tenderise the chicken. Then remove the chicken from the marinade bowl and cook in a roasting pot for 1 1/2 hours at 150 degrees Celsius...so that the chicken is literally falling off the bone. Remeber to allow the chicken to rest for 15 minutes before serving...it will relax the meat and allow the meat to be far more tender than if it were to be served immediately after cooking (when the chicken is piping hot and therefore contracted/tense).

Chicken ko freeze karne par aap ise 3 se 6 months tak safely store kar sakte hain. Iske liye, masala lagane ke baad chicken ko ache se airtight container ya freezer-safe bag mein rakhna zaroori hai.

i can tell that this marinade is amazing, this one is good because it doesnt have oil in it, i call oil the separator, oil prevents you to feel the real taste of food because its protected by oil the biggest plus when making barbecue is that you dont have to add oil, so making oil based marinade is catastrophic mistake
In this case the oil wouldn't be good, but usually oil (along with salt) will enhance flavor. Try roasting vegetables without oil on one tray, and on another lightly coat the veges before they go in and you'll see the difference. But yes I agree with you about marinades and oil. Generally the oil doesn't add anything positive
Using curd in chicken and lamb/beef is the most common thing ever. A very strange question indeed...whether is it good for health or not really depends on how it is cooked afterwards, if you bake in the oven then it is good but if it is then cooked with lots of ghee/oil then obviously not the best for health. So it really depends on your preference.
