طريقة بالعربي لمحبين الاكل هندي
زبده وزيت وثم معجون بصل ابيض وزنجبيل وثوم بالخلاطه كهرباء
ثم على نار نطيخها ثم دجاج نقلب عشر دقايق ثم بهارات ونخلط الي نضج وثم نضع كريمة خفق وماء ونخلط وفلفل وكمون
ثم طاسه نضع زيت وزبده وحب كمون نحمسها ثم الخضار فلفل رومى وطماط وزنجبيل الى تذبل ثم نضعها على الدجاج وتقدم بعد النضوج وبالعافيه ❤❤
