Are the plans builder ready or is it more of a concept?
@@n64punk56 Unfortunately its inefficient for our team to produce shop drawing plans since we sell internationally and each country\state has a different set of regulations.
However, the Plans are included in CAD and PDF with all dimensions and measurements as well as the Revit 3D model to ease the process of editing and modifying based on your local requirements.

Essa cabana luxuosa é muito diferente de todas que eu já vi...
É linda, exuberante e muito clean...
Eu mudaria algumas cores, como a cor branca nas paredes das áreas comuns, e a cor cinza nas paredes dos dormitórios.
A cor branca eu considero muito cansativa.
E a cor cinza eu acho muito neutra, escura e negativa.
Gosto de cores neutras também, mas alegres...
Mas eu sei que isso pode ser modificado de acordo com as preferências de cada pessoa.
A cabana no geral, é ESPETACULAR!!

The house would have a line gutter on the 2 sides of the frame base. If the house sits on a platform, it would be concealed gutters in the floor.

I want to know where to get the structural timber calculations for A Frame homes.
The best and most accurate way is to refer to your local quantity surveyor or architect with the building plans.
What kind of materials used for roof and floor? It only works for wood like American constructions or can we construct using cement, sand, bricks?
For the floor, any of the materials mentioned can be used, but depending on the site location as some of them might not be as efficient. For the roof, it is optimal to use either metal deck or wood depending on the site location, but it is not recommended to use cement, sand, or bricks.

There’s no way this home would cost under $300k USD in the US. Try close to $1M minimum in states like California, Washington, Idaho, Florida, etc.
Of course, the price depends on the state the house is located in. You should refer to a local Quantity Surveyor to get a more accurate price based on the location.
But in some states, it is possible to build this house closer to the price mentioned.

We believe that A Frame houses have their pros and cons.
That flat roof over the extension kinda negates the point of the A-frame

The house design caught my eye immediately, Burt as I toured it, it was bittersweet. I’m a home cook, who loves entertaining. I would have wanted more kitchen space. The dining area in the living room, looked shoved in. It was pretty all and all, but lacked deck area, pool, and other features, My family would want. Other wise the lay out and staging of the rooms were beautiful decorated. ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
