Had to cook backstrap about 4x long for rare! But still tasty!!

I have found an internal temperature of 120 F results in a nice medium rare venison steak
Must add some oil to cast iron. I didn’t do this and it cooked them too much. So don’t forget a little bit of vegetable oil in skillet.
