I 1000% agree with Speed 2 Cruise Control! There was no need for a 2nd movie! The first one ended perfectly! Whoever had the bright ass idea to make the 2nd movie needs to get slapped!
The 90s version of Angels in the Outfield film with Danny Glover was a remake of an old classic B&W film from 1951. I’ve saw both way back then but I don’t recall the differences between the two but I’m don’t recall the remake being done for some dads’s “sarcastic” reason. I can say however that while I recall the remake not being as good as the original version it’s still no we’re near the worst film of the 90s.
@@user-em6ie2be7x I do vaguely remember that from the remake but I don't recall being as bothered by that at the time, at least not as much as you or others are though if I watched it today I might dislike it more then I did back then. Given that the film came out 27 years ago, I don't have strong memories of the film beyond the fact that I didn't totally hate the film at the time even it wasn't any masterpiece.
I loved 1. Cool World 2. Double Dragon 3. Shazam/steele (Shaquille O'Neil's bad acting not withstanding) 4. Super Mario Brothers. And I can say proudly that I would go see them if they were released again today.
I remember the hype before "Godzilla" was released. I lived in L.A at the time and it was EVERYWHERE. ONn a happier note, Christopher Lloyd is currently playing King Lear onstage, so his career wasn't destroyed by "Baby Geniuses". 😊
I feel like In the 90s it didn’t matter if a movie was bad. It was complete and had a straight forward storyline, which a lot of movies today lack. There are a lot of movies from the 90s we love but was considered “bad” . I feel like most of these movies would be thought as decent in today’s cinema.
I don't care what anyone says, I love some of these movies. Bio Dome, Super Mario Bros, Batman and Robin, It's Pat, Kazaam, Baby Geniuses and Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. They weren't that bad of films. Try watching Skinned Alive, now that is bad acting and a bad film.
I have to also disagree with her comment at the the original Mortal Kombat. It definitely was film was a cult classic! And stayed true to the comics. and omg Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa was bloody brilliant casting for Shang Tsung so much so Ed Boon brought him in to the games in MK11
OK, so I actually don't think that *_"Batman & Robin"_* is *THAT* bad. It's by no means a *_good_* movie, but there's some dumb, silly fun to be found when watching it. In other words: it's a *_"good-bad movie"_* .
I remember watching "Baby Geniuses" as I kid on a VHS, I thought it was fever dream when I got older but no, It actually existed so...... I'm going to rewatch it.
On Deadly Ground. Ah yes. Remember when Seagal took out that oil refinery to save the environment. Yup. Release all those fumes in Alaska and that lake that was next to all that. Don’t forget that speech he gave at the end of the movie.
I loved North. Still enjoy this movie today. Although I may have been biased. This was during my elijah crush phase. This was also a kids movie. We didn't need much.
Cop land deserved a spot here. When I saw the cast I told myself omg this movie is great. But when I saw it... . I've never been this much disappointed in my life. It was a disaster
"Bio-Dome, welcome to the future... welcome to the place i'm going to drain my lizard." Such a stupid but fun film. My cousin and I would watch all the time back in the day.
The only good thing produced by that movie was something that bothered me since the first Japanese version, with Raymond Burr: why would the Japanese, who don't seem to have "L's" in their language, would call the creature "Godzilla." "Gojira" makes more sense---the only thing in the movie that does.
Roland Emmerich (the director) wasn't even a Godzilla fan by the time he did that film, stating "I was never a big Godzilla fan, they were just the weekend matinees you saw as a kid, like Hercules films and the really bad Italian westerns. You'd go with all your friends and just laugh."
gonna be honest, Phoebe is getting to be as iconic as Rebecca

Striptease? Godzilla? Come on those dont deserve to be on the worst movies people. They were pretty good for the time and for a 15 year old like me in that time it was practically awesome :) Street fighter was pretty fun and I would say its guilty pleasure even because the main villain was dying and took the role just to make his daughters smile and remember him. Super Mario Bros werent following games, but were pretty funny :D Batman and Robin was pretty fun thx to Schwarzenegger :)
Actually, the "Cool World" concept Ralph Bakshi had in mind was radically different from what turned out to be. The producers totally screwed up the movie.
What's funny is that the titular character's dream has ethnic stereotypes in it even though he's supposed to be a child prodigy, especially in the world of academics.
While I like the first "Highlander" movie and love the series, the one flaw is that there is no explanation as to how or why there can ever be only one. If a person doesn't know they're immortal until they die and come back how can it ever be known there are no more left? It should have been written that it was a clan curse that would slowly weaken over time thus establishing a finite number of immortals.
Mortal Kombat (1995) was so bad, it was good. Mortal Kombat: Annihilation should have been called Mortal Kombat: Abomination, cause that’s what it was.

Thanks to that, it killed his career to never make another adult animated film ever again. I feel so sorry for him because he’s my favorite artist around.
That would be great.
I don’t know but Batman and Robin was fineeeee, well nah, nostalgia might’ve sweetened that memory 🤣 🤷🏻♂️
Oh my it was horrible.
I agree😂
@@chrispa9573 gotta rewatch it this weekend, will see how it is now as an adult, last time I watched it was idk, 2007?
Batman & Robin Is awesome and underrated
Brendan Fraiser cries out Miley Cyrus
Steve Carrell cries out Kelly Clarkson
I feel like this could be “the top 100 worst movies of the 90’s.” 😂
Lol seriously there are so many bad movies in the 90s and early 2000s 😂
I've always felt that the '90s was the Black Hole of pop culture.
I 1000% agree with Speed 2 Cruise Control! There was no need for a 2nd movie! The first one ended perfectly! Whoever had the bright ass idea to make the 2nd movie needs to get slapped!
Just FYI, Neverending Story 3 on VHS goes for a pretty penny.
Angels in the outfield. A whole movie done because the dad was being Sarcastic?🙄
Well, technically, the main kid does end up adopted at the end, so...his prayer kinda came true,.
@@Charlesb88 Remember when the Dad told the kid, "When the angels win the penant"? That's the Sarcasm the entire movie was made on.
Kazam. Shazam is that genie movie with Sinbad that never existed.
@@tonymackin3856 thank you for the correction.
You are wrong about:
Godzilla
Bio-Dome
Kazaam
Batman & Robin
You had to be from the 90's to enjoy most of these on this list!
Batman and Robin?! I understand kazaam, but Batman and Robin?!
No they aren't.
@@shrillex_1530 it’s good stupid fun, not saying it’s good but I enjoy it.
@@chrispa9573 pain
@@WhoistheWolf Batman & Robin is hilariously bad. So I can see that but Godzilla was awful. I wanted my money back.
Godzilla was so bad that ToHo, creators of original Godzilla removed God from the title and in a later movie had Godzilla destroy zilla.
Today I learned that The Chairman from Iron Chef America was in Double Dragon.
Bio-Dome was an enjoyable movie. They were supposed to be annoying. That was part of their character development.
The only good thing about "It's Pat" was the Ween cameos
-Mortal Kombat: Annihilation
-The Flintstones
-Spawn
-Mars Attacks!
-Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls
-The Cable Guy
-Cutthroat Island
Super Mario Bros was a awful movie. It deserved to be in this list.
Oh yes! Like wtf the studio was thinking when they green-lit that project lol
Number 8
🤣 it reminds me of the sonic movie for some reason . That one was ok in some parts .
@@Reaperguy67 yeah I agree, it respected mostly the source content while mixing some of Sonic X’s formula of humans interacting with Sonic and stuff
@@DrumBuster16 thanks. I believe there is a new one coming some time this year or next . I ended up watching it on Hulu by the way.
OK, so I actually don't think that *_"Batman & Robin"_* is *THAT* bad. It's by no means a *_good_* movie, but there's some dumb, silly fun to be found when watching it. In other words: it's a *_"good-bad movie"_* .
Neutural movie, Take my word or leave it be.
I remember watching "Baby Geniuses" as I kid on a VHS, I thought it was fever dream when I got older but no, It actually existed so...... I'm going to rewatch it.
Highlander didn't need a sequel, the original film ended perfectly!
That it did, friend. That it did.😎👍
True!
There should have been only one.

"Annie, come back with me. You're my hostage!!"
lmao
Oh no! Cool World does not deserve to be on this list!!! Mojo...you ways manage to screw up your lists.
💯💯
On Deadly Ground. Ah yes. Remember when Seagal took out that oil refinery to save the environment. Yup. Release all those fumes in Alaska and that lake that was next to all that. Don’t forget that speech he gave at the end of the movie.
The best thing about Super Mario Brothers was Samantha Mathis. I really like her in Broken Arrow and Pump Up the Volume.
I loved North. Still enjoy this movie today. Although I may have been biased. This was during my elijah crush phase.
This was also a kids movie. We didn't need much.
I must have something wrong with me because I enjoyed like 80% of these movies back in the day lol
Cop land deserved a spot here. When I saw the cast I told myself omg this movie is great. But when I saw it... . I've never been this much disappointed in my life. It was a disaster
puff daddys “come with me”
loved it
"Bio-Dome, welcome to the future... welcome to the place i'm going to drain my lizard." Such a stupid but fun film. My cousin and I would watch all the time back in the day.
Okay the Tristar Godzilla movie was awful, but the animated series was pretty good
The only good thing produced by that movie was something that bothered me since the first Japanese version, with Raymond Burr: why would the Japanese, who don't seem to have "L's" in their language, would call the creature "Godzilla." "Gojira" makes more sense---the only thing in the movie that does.
Toho was making fun of America godzilla, or know as zilla in Japan
Raul Julia as Bison honestly saved street fighter.
Your worst list is my Nostalgia list lol
Honestly I didn't think Biodome was that bad
gonna be honest, Phoebe is getting to be as iconic as Rebecca
Striptease?
Bio Dome was freaking amazing
Actually, the "Cool World" concept Ralph Bakshi had in mind was radically different from what turned out to be. The producers totally screwed up the movie.
Damn, I payed to see most of these in the theater. I was a dumb kid.
Nah those were the times. Believe in yourself
Love your content!! It's so well produced. Stay safe everyone 🌞🌞
North is a guilty pleasure I loved it as a kid as an adult I can see why it gets the hate but as a kid it was an interesting concept
I liked that movie as a kid, too, but I don't remember why.
Same with Baby's Day Out, The Flintstones, and Dennis the Menace.
What's funny is that the titular character's dream has ethnic stereotypes in it even though he's supposed to be a child prodigy, especially in the world of academics.
"It's no wonder the Neverending Story series ended"
😶
NES III did stink.
Queue "Running in 90's"
... If one's Mojo is working, one will certainly never watch a movie.
Lmao🤣😎
Y'all bugging watchmojo I love bio-dome one of my favorite comedies growing up in the 90s 👍
*Godzilla did make a profitable return in the box office, it wasn't a total bust...*
Not a single mention of Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare?
Nope but it was a low point for the elm street franchise which is why the first film and New Nightmare are my favorites out of the series.
That's my guilty pleasure movie of the NOES franchise. I prefer it over NOES 5: The Dream Child.
@@g-man80 it’s definitely entertaining, but it’s just so fucking stupid to the point where I can’t forgive it.
Double Dragon = DOPE
Street Fighter = DOPE
Godzilla 1998 = DOPE
Kazaam = DOPE
Batman & Robin = DOPE
Baby Geniuses = DOPE
The Avengers = DOPE
Mortal Kombat: Annihilation = DOPE
IDGAF what NOBODY says.
NO! I just love "Mortal Kombat: Annihilation". To me, is the best Mortal Kombat movie.
I don't agree with Godzilla or Striptease. I thought they both were brilliant for what they were. Batman and Robin was bad, but it was fun.
Top 20 actors who retired after injuries?
While I like the first "Highlander" movie and love the series, the one flaw is that there is no explanation as to how or why there can ever be only one. If a person doesn't know they're immortal until they die and come back how can it ever be known there are no more left? It should have been written that it was a clan curse that would slowly weaken over time thus establishing a finite number of immortals.
There should have been only one.
Arnold would have been better as bane
Good thing Adam West wasn’t in the movie
Mortal Kombat (1995) was so bad, it was good. Mortal Kombat: Annihilation should have been called Mortal Kombat: Abomination, cause that’s what it was.
Sorry, that name was saved for the new Mortal Kombat movie.
@@adynat0n the new movie was just titled "Mortal Kombat". numb nuts
