@@riptide534 This exact one. It is an arangement by Bob Mintzer. It is a great arangemen made primerely for school bands. So it is rare to hear it being played by proffesional big bands. I am happy to hear it in a more proffesional setting.

This is kind of a standard school band arrangement. Chick Corea made this arrangement with the purpose of it being played by school big band orchestras.

Tempo is fine, but the horns are playing on the back side of the beat. Rhythm section is spot-on during the keyboard solo, but when all the horns play, they’re behind. That “back side of the beat” section work makes it feel like it’s too slow, even though it isn’t.
