    I love both, however, R3E is criminally underrated. The tire model is one of the best imo, along with the sounds. It actually feels like you're driving on rubber as opposed to the floaty feeling in alot of sims.

    Raceroom sound is fantastic. On the other hand ACC looks so much better...including the interface...

    I have 800h in AC but feeling of tire scratching the road is all you want when you race. You can feel clearly where is the limit of the car. Its exactly what everyone want.

    Raceroom still holds up really good even being on a older engine compared to Assetto corsa competizione. But Assetto feels more realistic to drive in almost every aspect. Physic's wise i really have to give it to Assetto. But again Raceroom also uses older engine compared to any other Sim. Raceroom still has the nordschleife what i miss in Assetto and has more cars to offer. Both games are missing things either way so its more up to you as driver what you really miss and dont miss and what feels more realistic to you.

    The sound of turbo from RR is generally the same and not even close from real sound. The M4 GT3 dont have this sound

    ACC way better in every aspect thats the reason why he dial graphics down on ACC to level RR.. raceroom looks like any consol game, floaty cars

      ACC drives like its on ice while Raceroom drives like a real car (grip baby grip). ACC graphics looks fake with oversaturated colors like a video game. Raceroom graphics looks natural in colors and looks like live filming from inside the cockpit and outside. 😅

      Racerooms turbo sounds like it's from a Need for Speed game.

    I think the raceroom one definitely sounds better and more realistic/unique, while ACC car sounds like all the other cars in ACC

      how the hell does a flat 6 (992 gt3 r) and a turbocharged inline 6 (m4 gt3, the car in the video) sound the same on acc?

    ACC is great and has astonishing graphics, but most engine sounds are just bad in my opinion.

    I like the sound of raceroom.
    It's not the same fov for the 2 games

    • @SoapSimRacer
      @SoapSimRacer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      FOV is the same, both are 45°.

    • @andreb7829
      @andreb7829 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SoapSimRacer So be careful because depending on the game, there is the vertical or horizontal FOV and in any case what is certain is that we observe that the scrolling of competition is much faster, so if it is not linked at the FOV then it is the position of the seat that differs..

    • @panvlk
      @panvlk ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@andreb7829 Yeah, FoV in RR is visibly much much lower, because in RR the FoV is measured horizontally, in ACC it's measured vertically. Assuming you have 16:9 screen, the equivalent for 45 vertical degrees in ACC is something like 74 horizontal degrees in Raceroom.

    • @andreb7829
      @andreb7829 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@panvlk All right, thanks you for your explication, my screen is a 21/9

    • @panvlk
      @panvlk ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@andreb7829 In that case the difference is even higher. To replicate 45 degree FoV from ACC you'd need to set Raceroom at 87 degrees. Search for fov calculator, there are simple ones showing the optimal values for different titles based on the screen size, ratio, viewing distance.

    • @CiroDiMaRzio12304
      @CiroDiMaRzio12304 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Raceroom is actually a dedicated sim but it runs on outdated engine compared to Assetto. The Raceroom team exist out of a really small team and using a better en newer engine was to exspensive for them but indeed raceroom is good for people that just started simracing mainly because it can run on almost every computer on the highest setting.
