We used to make a hairbun esp. For the dissection.
Another small story: once while extracting tongue from the cadaver for being preserved as a specimen we were actually like fighting with the cadaver coz wr had been told by the teacher that i want the full tongue along with the root.
We had to cut her cheeks (she was a female and we named her Rupa) , we literally broke her teeth put fingers in the gap and were pulling her jaw just to crack open her mandible 🤣. In the end we even cut the area under her chin, inserted hands from all the openings we had made and were successful in extracting the tongue after 1 hour approx. Now that I'm thinking of it right now i can't stop laughing what we did to that cadaver. Btw it all happened in 2014-15. Miss those days.
