I'm the admission Doctor of a Sri Lankan government peripheral hospital. I have to wake up from sleep more than 20 times during any night shift. So I keep awake untill 12 mid night as waking up repeatedly is really awful experience.

and why u remove macrolide dual antibiotic is good in sepsis right
explain if u have ans because if u r putting something in public better analyse first and one small doubt dued r u MD medicine or just mbbs
Magnex forte is a broad spectrum antibiotic combo of cephalosporins n beta lactamase inhibitor not beta2 agonist
Whereas Marcrolide was prescribed for an atypical coverage and we already have Clindamycin that has anaerobic coverage too.. hope this enlightens you
@@dr.fittube magnex fort has salbutamol which you removed from the lift of the drugs that is given to pxt before and in sepsis why u need to remove the macrolides and azithromycin will also control unnecessary inflamation why on earth u removed the both macrolids and in other salbutamol and in contrast again added a drug which has salbutamol and one thing why no prefeere dual antibiotic in sepsis the pxt who had sepsis is already deprived with immune system why cant we use azithromycin which is a great antiinflammatory i didnt get any enlightment explain please
