Hi! How do you plan on applying for electives & clinical rotations in the US?? Also where in your timeline would you like to incorporate it? Thanks for these videos btw, they’ve been really helpful! :)
1.How to do research have u started ? 2. Should i start applying for US electives from now when ill be going next year 3.. What is your timeline of step 2 and 3 like as whole usmle journey timeline 4. I’m currently in final year as well do u think is it right for me to give step 1 this year like nov or when Ur reply to this on ur next video will immensely help me Thank you
You mentioned your own timeline. Can you also maybe suggest a timeline for someone who is somewhat confident with their basics, and also has the time to focus only on USMLE right now? Like how much time would be enough? Btw thank you so much for your videos, they've been really helpful 🤍
hey, so I feel if you need some time to go over basics and if you do have the time in hand, then 5-6 months of studying basics (giving 1-2 hours a day) with 3-4 months of dedicated prep (giving 3-4 hours a day) should more than enough.
Did u memorize nbmes? How similar was the real exam to nbme?or similar to uworld?when did u schedule ur exam? After nbmes or before nbmes?what was ur score on uwsa?uwsa before nbme or after nbme?
hi, can you please make a video about how to annotate FA? I either end up putting too much stuff that I dont need or leave it all. please!! Also with college (3rd yr), how long does first systemic reading of FA took? I have less than a yr to exam and i m a mess (know nothing) T.T
the cons that I know of are: • difficult for IMG’s to match to competitive fields such as surgery • process of application is expensive • requirement of electives, research experience • staying away from family/ isolation and poor mental health can occur in a few
Hai sister This is exactly the timeline I wanted I'm in 3rd year and my preclinical knowledge is poor so Im planning to give step 1 in the start of 2025 How many hours per day should I start and for how many months should I learn Please It will be very helpful 🙏

Hey!!! I have a doubt can I apply for both general surgery and internal medicine during the match process
not very sure about this, I’ll find out!
Mam can u tell some cons of USMLE like.. IMG don't get better branches, lots of uncertainty etc?
Heard of many pros of MLE but not cons
the cons that I know of are:
• difficult for IMG’s to match to competitive fields such as surgery
• process of application is expensive
• requirement of electives, research experience
• staying away from family/ isolation and poor mental health can occur in a few
What residency are you aiming for?
as of now, Internal Medicine
Did you take a practice session at your test centre before step 1 exam?
nope
Hey what about Kaplan for USMLE?
Have heard about it, but haven’t used it personally.
Kaplan is a great source tho, very reliable ( I had used it for my SAT’s)

there’s no set hours, do it acc to the syllabus and not acc to the time spent.
spend a little time everyday, 1-2 for starters is good
