@@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants When this question was presented (which was in 1999 or 2000), most of the people that were alive at that time knew that Chuck Woolery had hosted "Wheel Of Fortune". You weren't intelligent enough to have taken that into account. If you didn't know when this question was presented, you should have at least considered the possibility of it being presented during an era in which most of the people that were alive at the time, knew the answer.

@@briansmith2990 You not the brightest crayon in the box. You weren't intelligent enough to know most people who were older did not watch all 4 of those shows? Some would have no idea he hosted any of the 4. Talk about pompous that most people 40 or so at the time would know that which you have no proof to support it.
You got to be kidding me.
I was born in 81 which was his last year on WOF. They never showed him in reruns either and my grandfather loved WOF and watched it all the time. He would for sure watch reruns but they never showed Chuck in reruns.
I bet my grandfather who loved game shows would have no idea what the answer was either. Even if he easily got Chuck hosted WOF and Scrabble I doubt he would have any idea about the other 2. I would know he would not like LC or watch it and I bet he never heard of SO.
I never saw an episode of Singled Out or Scrabble.
Your assumption most of the people that were alive at the time, knew the answer." is absurd.
I would bet most older people knew he hosted 2 out of the 4 max. Some it would be 1 or none that were the same age as this guy.
I would bet most people over 60 or around 40 at the time of the show would not know the answer and would have to guess. It is really really hard for the first question.
If you were around 40 or older at the time and never saw Singled Out you would obviously have no idea if he hosted it. If any of the other 3 you did not know the answer you would have a 50/50 shot to be right.

I still have never seen a rerun or random video of Chuck as the host yet granted I never looked.
My grandfather would always be watching WOF and clearly it was after Chuck.
I saw reruns of Chuck on Love Connection as a kid though.
It is almost like a trick question for people around my age or younger since many would just assume he was never on WOF.
It is no different than Alex Trebek RIP having a question implying there was a host of Jeopardy before him.
      Many just wouldnt believe it.

@elevatorgeek762 Singled Out was an MTV dating show hosted originally by Jenny McCarthey. At some point, she left the show and her replacement was Carmen Electra. Both girls quickly became household names after hosting that show. It was relevant at the time because the show was still on the air at the time of this broadcast (barely). I'm sure there are plenty of youtube clips of Singled Out on youtube.

I watched this specific episide and knew Chuck was the original host of Wheel of Fortune - I actually got a kick out of the winners choosing their prizes. I remember watching this live back in 2000, and I knew Chuck had definately hosted Scrabble and Love Connection, and I had a pretty good idea that he had hosted Wheel of Fortune (even though it was before my time). Obviously, Chuck had hosted this show (Greed) and had later hosted Lingo. I had not heard of Singled Out, but by process of elimination, I knew that’s what he didn’t host. What makes this miss look so bad is that not one, but two contestants thought Chuck didn’t host Wheel of Fortune, and I would be the other three contestants knew the correct answer.
