    Self liquidating... tapos pa rent mo sa mga foreigners.. yung mga chinese na isang bagsakan din mag rent.. yung babayaran agad 1 yr contract nila. Tapos ibayad mo agad yun sa banko at magpa recompute ka kaagad 😂

    I always wonder kung paano if may unit ka and pina airbnb mo and you're not in the area of that property kunware nasa province ka or abroad. Like san kukuha ng mag roroom service yung magpapalit ng beddings on a daily basis, maglilinis, magwewelcome sa guests ganun (if ever and swertehin na araw araw ka may guest from airbnb). Paano ka makakahanap ng trusted people to do that stuff and how do you pay them 😊

    Yung 2 units mo na for rent, did you make everything available pa like yung amenities such as bed, ref and iba pang appliance before mo naparent.
