Those mosfets are not cheap. Ive repaired haas servo drives. I'm a rookie. The old brush drive machines were easy. The came the brushless motors. So many more parts on the drive. Now they have "smart drives" haven't tried them yet. Its always enjoyable watching you bring things back to life. Keep going my friend.
Always very interesting videos. I always like learning new stuff. Would you show where you touch the leads for testing next time. I'm guessing someone watching who knows more about electronics already knows what your doing. Also every interesting setup for testing. Nice job !!!!
I have been watching your video for quite a while I am very much interested esc, bldc, vfd and DC Drive Moto's in a previous video you have a simulator for a hall effect sensor have you ever did a video on setting or building a simulator for that I know it's a couple of years you have done that video but if it's possible I would like to know to build a simulator like that thank you very much and continue the good work
Hello Sir, I do not know the part number. I have drawn a schematic of the circuit. And have been all over the internet and the books here in the shop. And I have not found an integrated circuit that matches what I have drawn. i haven't given up the search. But the part is being very elusive. I am wondering if the part has been custom made. I am sorry that I am no help with your question.
You can remove a good part from a hard broke servo drive of the same model. And solder it into the servo drive that you are repairing. You can find folks selling broken, for-parts-only drives on places like ebay. Thank you very much for stopping by. I am always pleased to see other folks that are interested in electronic troubleshooting and repair.
