The people, the culture, the food, and lifestyle is so refreshing! I have also traveled to TAnzania 🇹🇿 and also love it! Come home my people!!!

I lived there with my 2 years old for 7 months I even moved around at night. One of the most peaceful countries in Africa. I can live there with no problem. Tanzania is another home for me. During COVID-19. I packed 8 bags left the USA, I researched for 3 months every day. Then I grabbed my little baby and left. It was an emotional experience. My whole family helped pack and get to the airport. It was one of the best decisions of my life. My Husband is from Nigeria and joined us there. Then after 7 months we moved to our house in Nigeria, and lived there for 7 months. We are heading back to Africa. I see now. The Africa continent is Home and will now always be. I followed my heart and soul, and I will never regret that.
It's where you can take a good walk and singing along. We love peace and harmony. So I go coco beach for 8good hrs and meditate. If you able to meditate then it's a peaceful place 😂

Been Tanzania,In the early 2000s some AA sister was a visiting student at my school. She spent 5months,on their last day the put them up to say thanks. Now started crying that shw been tod lies even by her parents. Parents went like DO NOT TOUCH them n shyt.well she said she is considering actually moving after the Truth. They have been trying to put our people in the Diaspora and the continent against each other for years. They panicke at the thought of blacks around the world going home and experiencing a better and more peaceful life ever. Let us go home family. We will never be complete in a strange land.
Something else no one talks about is the many Caucasian people who came to Africa to work for short periods and have never left. I have seen heartbreaking situations of these people breaking down because their contracts had run out and they had to leave. I also have other former colleagues who settled permanently in Kenya specifically.

I can’t wait to visit for the first time with my daughter next year. I’m thinking Ghana as our first trip and then venturing inward over time. When it comes to Africa I don’t trust the advice from anyone unless they are of the diaspora and have traveled there or those that are African themselves.

I've been going for 8 years, mainly Nigeria & Ghana. I have had an apartment in Lagos for 7 of those years and *LOVE* the African continent, they treat us like celebrities and so much love and community that we are no longer use to.
Now there are some adjustments we have to make its not at all perfect but the peace of mind and sense of respect and community is worth anything you might be missing in Amerikkka.

Im from east coast USA. I lived in Tanzania for 6months with my teen girls during covid. I was I dar es salaam loved it I sent my girls alone in a cab to socialize with other kids and never worried about there safety we walked the streets all hours of the night. The people are so lovely and protective. Children play in the streets and behave like children. In the USA I would never dream to let my girls walk to the school bus stop by themselves. I can't wait to go back. The "palm colored" folks I encountered I noticed don't seem to comfortable in the presence of Africans from the USA. I got that vibe I'm tz from them. Love tz

I went to the D.R during the holidays and fell in love! Like Tanzania, everyone looked like me and well they didn’t know I wasn’t from there until I started speaking 😂 no stares or wondering eyes of why we were over there, or harassment from the Police because of the color of our skin, they were just posted up on the side of the road just sitting and watching traffic. Everyone was like family and the area reminded me of my Grandfather’s land in the country. I LOVED it!!! Oh and the beach oooh you could do that daily free access and not have to pay to park alllll the time!! And the weather 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽

I have two friends that moved to Tanzania last year and they are in love with it. Everything you guys are saying, they said to me. They said that the sense of peace and freedom is golden and they will never return to America. They want me to join them and start a food business out there as tanzanians love to eat diffrent foods. America is literal hell. There can't possibly be a place worse than this place for a black person.
